Excellent location a short walk to Old Town, excellent back yard and pool which I did not want to leave, excellent master rooms and excellent host who was a great communicator. Excellent experience all the way.

The pool and hot tub were great. Smaller backyard than what it appears to be in the photos. The house was much smaller than expected from the photos. The main living area was much smaller, not a lot of light and no direct access to the backyard/pool. Accessing the pool though a bedroom was not convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were nice, very spacious. Not the best property for entertaining more than a few people. The advertised "walk to old town" was not exactly accurate or what I was expecting having stayed near old town many times. Colin was a great communicator - overall I would rate this stay 7/10

Great stay in a great location! This home is on a quiet, charming street very close to Old Town. It is well appointed with two master suites - one of which could stand on its own as an apartment - complete with a bank of bifold doors that open to the pool area and patio.The second master has its own en suite and doors that also open to the pool. The third, smaller bedroom has its own bathroom across the hall, and there is also an extra powder room near the laundry room that creates a lot of additional privacy for groups traveling together. We did not walk to old town, but it does seem possible as it is only a 5 minute drive, so perhaps a 15 minute walk.The home is lovely for indoor/outdoor living with a very clean pool and exterior ceiling fans for comfort on hot days. The value and elegance of this home rival the best hotels in Scottsdale. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with great location! Lots of amenities. Was a perfect spot for our getaway. The pool was luxurious, beds were comfortable, and it was on a quiet street. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

VRBO was great - clean, very well stocked and in a good location. We especially enjoyed the backyard; with the pool, firepit, corn hole game and lots of seating. Would recommend this property!

Loved the pool and location!

A beautiful property in a perfect location. I stayed for 3 weeks with various friends and family visiting. Having the two master suites is perfect for visitors and the heated pool and hot tub are super fun. The kitchen is appointed with everything you could need. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. I'll be back next year at another one of the owner's properties since this one is already rented a year in advance!

Great place to stay Great Location

The property was excellent the location was close to old downtown the hot tub and pool was extremely clean. The master bedroom was outstanding, and the bed was comfortable. The only issues we experienced was the hot tub had a leak when you used the jets so there wasn't a lot of extra bubbles while you were enjoying the hot tub. The property manager advised a work order was in to get it repaired but it wasn't done during our stay.The door from the Master Bedroom to the pool area was a little difficult to open or close the entire glass was a folding door system are accordion door and it was out of adjustment which made the door itself difficult to open are close at times.The light switches in the master bedroom took a bit of trial and error to figure out the wording on some of the switches had worn off so it was difficult to determine what light you were actually turning on are off.But for the most part the property was excellent and i would defiantly stay there again if i travel to Scottsdale in the future.

The Good Life.

Mr. Colin and Team provide, in my opinion, the top home away from home experience in Scottsdale. We were lucky enough to have been a repeat renter and the 2nd experience better than the first. Home is well appointed, Spotless and very well maintained. We will be back, hopefully. Michael

Lovely house in a great location

Our week-long stay at the villa in Scottsdale with the family was Bert nice, offering both comfort and modern living in equal measure. The space itself was beautifully appointed, with enough room for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Each room was tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, The outdoor area was a highlight of our stay, featuring a pool and a jacuzzi that became our evening retreat after days spent exploring. Another significant advantage of this villa was its proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The convenience of being so close to a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options cannot be overstated. Overall, our experience at the villa in Scottsdale was truly memorable.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time and cannot wait to return. The house was exactly as advertised and in a terrific location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa but we were pleasantly surprised by the corn hole game area! We soaked up the sun at this beautiful home!

Phenomenal Stay!

Colin’s home is off the charts gorgeous! The photos don’t do it justice! The design and attention to detail are outstanding, and the warm finishes take you worlds away into a state of relaxation. The location was perfect! Colin’s communication was next level!! He was quick to respond and accommodate. Rebecca, Colin’s Property Manager, answered her phone on the first ring both times I called. Restful Week

This property was the perfect place to start vacation. Great for family with two tweens in tow. The beautiful home had everything we needed for the week and more. The homeowners left nothing to chance…nice neighborhood, very near shops and restaurants, all the comforts of home with none of the stress🙂 Chef Janelle prepared the best girls’ brunch to kick things off. Couldn’t recommend this property more!

Disappointing

Location of the house was the one highlight of our experience; being within walking distance of old town and close to restaurants. having stayed at many VRBO properties, we found the house lacking in basic appointments that one would expect from a higher end property, including a poorly equipped kitchen,9 barware, cooking utensils) no ice maker, kichen and patio dining seating for 4 in a three bedroom home. One master had an ineffective airconditioner. Outside lights did not fully function. During our stay, we notified the owner, but nothing besides the cable TV connection was remedied.
