    Come enjoy this cozy space with room for four! Whether you are coming to visit family or see the sights, this condo is in the perfect location for visitors to the Valley of the Sun. It is close to two major highways (Hwy 60 and 101) and minutes from Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, and Chandler attractions. Situated in a quiet complex, and walking distance to several restaurants.



    The Space:

    Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.



    Come enjoy this super cute 2BR/1Ba condo with room for four! Whether you are coming to visit family, or see the sights, this condo is in the perfect location for visitors to the Valley of the Sun. It is close to two major highways (Hwy 60 and 101) and minutes from Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, and Chandler attractions. Situated in a quiet complex, and walking distance to several restaurants. The second floor condo is conveniently located near ASU, Mesa Community College, Banner Desert Medical Center, and several spring training stadiums (Cubs and Angels are the closest).



    *Please keep in mind this home is only available for longer term stays, and must have a 30 day lease. If you have a shorter stay we may be able to accommodate you at one of our other properties. Please ask us about other properties that we may have available for shorter time frames.

    Private bedroom with (2) twin-size beds

    Bathroom accessible in hallway



    COMMON AREAS:

    Kitchen, dining room and living room.

    A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.



    (Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)



    PARKING:

    Parking and Entry – Please park in the designated covered spot #72. The space will accommodate a smaller sedan. There is 1 parking pass inside the condo for your use. Additional parking in uncovered spots. Please put the passes back in their designated spots at departure. Uncovered spaces beginning with 'G' are available for visitors on a first-come, first-serve basis.



    **No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations**

    NO PETS ALLOWED

    Community Pool – Not Heated



    *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned, you may need to purchase some of these items.



    When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.



    LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

    Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

    If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.



    If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.



    Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).



    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

    *Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Subject to additional fees if not followed*

    *Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

    *We DO NOT have control or authority over the community vendors such as pest, landscaping and pool services. These may occur and they have access to the common grounds, during your stay. 

    * NO PETS ALLOWED - evidence of a pet will result in a $250 fine

    USING THIS PROPERTY FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES ARE PROHIBITED:

    - Any nonresidential use;

    - Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule;

    - Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;

    - Housing sex offenders;

    - Operating or maintaining a sober living home;

    - Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;

    - Operating a nude or topless dancing;

    - Obscenity;

    - Adult-oriented business; or

    - Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39



    Disclaimers

    As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.



    The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.



    This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $200, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

    We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.

Good stay

Property was clean and simple and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Only glitch was internet connection which was resolved in 24 hours via messaging with Property mgmt. Would return!

Cockroaches in Condo

While the owners are nice, we can’t give a 5 star review. Our experience was somewhere between the “terrible” and “poor” rating. Bottom line: we saw about 8 cockroaches during the first two days of our stay and cut our stay short because of them. We never would have booked that location and feel that it was not listed accurately. The owners did send out pest control and, when asked, refunded us. However the refund was only 20% of what we spent even though we only stayed there for 2 out of the 4 days we booked (because of the cockroach problem.)

Property was very nice. It’s a bit dated, but in good shape, clean. The apartment is in an older neighborhood. It’s a safe quiet area. Shopping is close by. Easy access to places to eat. All in all I believe it was well worth the price.
