"This is a great condo ! Clean, beds were comfortable, everything you need to cook with is there. It's Close to Old Town Scottsdale, The Entertainment District and The Fashion District. It's not walking distance in the AZ heat but it is an 8.00 Waymo ride and they pick you up right outside the condo. Only downfall is it is one of the furthest condos from the pool area. However, the walk is well shaded. I loved sitting by the pool every morning talking with Chris and I highly recommend...

"The quietest apartment complex we have ever visited. Great location to the Fashion mall…quite walkable. Old town is walkable, but with the heat, driving is more practical. This time of year parking is easy as the high season is over. Didn’t swim after all, but the pool looked clean and inviting."

"We went for Innings music fest. The unit is within easy walking distance to the venue. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Our host was able to accommodate our request for an early checkin which was great since our flight got in at 9:00 am."

"It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again."

"The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. "
