The house was excellent. We had 8 guys staying here for a week-long golf trip the first week of March and also used a house one block away for 8 additional guys. The house was spacious, very well maintained and has an amazing backyard for relaxing after golf. Super convenient to all of our golf courses and just minutes from the best restaurants.

This is our 10th year for an annual girls weekend in Scottsdale and the first time that we all said we would like to come back to the same house next year. With 7 bedrooms, everyone who wanted a room to theirselves was able to have and most even got private bathrooms as well. The master is huge, so even with three beds/peoplw in there we had plenty of space. The amenities were amazing - movie room, pool table, Ramada. And the pool was resort worthy. The bridge, waterfalls, grotto, and slide were so fun to play in and take pictures with. The swim up bar next to the Ramada made a great place to sit and play card games with people both in and out of the pool. The house was also just minutes away from a grocery store, some good restaurants and the freeway. Super convenient. HH stayed in touch in days leading up and were very prompt in returning emails, texts and calls. Dibs on this spot for next year!

The Pictures on the internet are from 10 yrs ago, so we were disappointed in the place. It was clean, but the media room's chairs were mostly broken, living room sectional was broken on one side, bee hive in the entrance way, the travertine pavers were falling apart on the patio and around the pool, the artificial grass needed to be raked or brushed to look better, rocks on the patio, ants on the patio(I sprayed with raid), palm trees needed water and trimming, mesquite tree pods should have been cleaned up (when was the last time a landscaper was out?), loose tiles near the bar-be-que. You wanted top dollar for the rent of this house and the pictures that you advertised, showed the placed as be picture perfect. We were disappointed but my family always enjoys being together and since it was out 50th wedding anniversary, we did have a good time together.

Beautiful home

I recently stayed here with friends and family to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I appreciate that the property manager met us at the house to walk us through everything and showed us how to turn on the pool lights, water features, etc. The property was just as depicted in the listing. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. No issues with the neighbors or the hot tub as others described in their reviews. We would stay again without hesitation.

Everything about this house was exceptional - well furnished and appointed, clean and well stocked, beautiful house with gorgeous back yard and pool. We brought our family for 2 weeks so we could all see each other and it did not disappoint! Plenty of towns, the beds were comfortable and so were the linens. Plus if we had any questions, there was someone available 24/7 to help. This is a fabulous property and we plan to return next year!

Fantastic stay for our family!

This house was our home for a week and we loved it! Great kitchen to work in with multiple chefs! Plenty of space for our combined 9 family members. We all loved the swim-up bar. The location was close to shopping and tourist sites as well.

Place is perfect for large groups. The outdoor space is unbelievable and the traeger and pool bar setup is pristine. When we had an issue with the AC the property management was really fast showing up almost first thing in the morning after calling in the evening.Awesome place

The perfect spot for a large family

This was a great place to stay with lots of adults and kids. The property looked nice in the photos, but the place is much larger and nicer than what it shows in the pictures! We were very pleased with our choice to stay here!

Great place .. great management. Neighbors sucked! Complained immediately..great beds and pillows although, the floors and kitchen utensils were dirty. The jacuzzi was not clean and the pool took 2 full days to be heated. Otherwise good location worked well for the occasion. Thank you

Family & Friends Vacation

Everything about this house was wonderful. We had 3 couples and 4 kids ages from 1-4 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved playing in the pool and hanging out in the theater room while the adults enjoyed the wonderful outdoor spaces and spacious bedrooms. I couldn’t recommend this place more for large groups and families. We all really enjoyed our time.

Friends enjoying Waste Management Phoenix Open

The property is great with 7 separate bedrooms which easily sleeps a large group of individuals as well as couples. Property is spacious with large common living room and kitchen with adjacent movie room. Outdoor setup is awesome with pool, hot tub, and summer kitchen. Communication was great by both email and text and easy access via electronic methods.

An AMAZING Vacation Rental

We rented this property for my husband's 40th birthday and had 16 guests staying between the ages of 2 and 45 years old. Not only was the house more than big enough to fit everyone, everyone kept commenting on how comfortable the beds were and how clean everything was. You can clearly tell that the owners and managers of this property have a lot of pride in every detail. Throughout our week we did a lot of cooking at the house and we always had what we needed to make delicious meals. The location is very convenient for getting to grocery stores as well as area attractions, although, whenever we would go out and do something the kids would complain that they wanted to go back to the house and swim! The outdoor areas were as good as any other activity we did while in Phoenix, and we used the pool, hot tub, smoker and poolside bar every single day. I think the only complaint I heard from anyone throughout our stay was that the hot tub had an unpleasant smell to it when you used the blower jets and that some of the kids got a bit of a rash from the chemicals in there, but not everyone had that same experience so we are unsure what the cause was. Every single family said that without a doubt they would stay in this house again and asked me to send them the link so that they can look at booking future stays.
