Perfect Getaway

We loved all the space the condo provided for the six of us. Both granddaughters were able to have their own room. And they loved swimming in the pool!We loved the large kitchen for cooking as our daughter has celiac disease so we make a lot of our own meals. We wish there would have been more silverware and dishes to prevent having to wash dishes between meals. Our host Lori responded quickly to all messages we sent.

Graduation Weekend

Pretty good experience stay in this house for the graduation weekend! I would recommend whoever wants to come to Phoenix area just book this house. The price is decent, and the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. All the cooking stuff was prepared by the owner as well, we really had good experience while we stay here.

Mesa Marathon

We come into Mesa ever year to run the marathon. Location was wonderful as the community was very quite and we were able to rest well and prepare. The house was spacious and the entire property was very clean.

Great location, very nice house

We loved our stay here. The neighborhood was very nice, and even though it’s close to a busy street, you couldn’t hear the traffic. And that location made it quick and easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely come back, and Lori is a great host.

perfect location for any Mesa/Chandler activity

we were surprised at how easy it was to get to the various venues for a weekend wedding celebration, the location was perfect in being centrally located. the hosts were very accommodating and responsive when we had an issue with the entry code, everything was quickly and successfully resolved.

Beautiful house in a family friendly neighborhood

The house was spacious. The house was located across the street from the pool and down the street from a park. Very family friendly neighborhood. Lori and AZ Desert Vacations were amazing to work with. We rented our car through them and it was a seamless transaction. Would definitely recommend renting through them.and we will again with our future trips.

Family Fun in Mesa

We came to Mesa for a family reunion. It was a wonderful stay. Lori answered any questions quickly. A very safe environment with the friendliest security gentlemen. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great for families. Close to all your shopping needs. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great property for a golf trip

Really enjoyed our stay. Property owner was very responsive and is listening to feedback. If you are looking for a great place to stay for a boys golf trip. This is the place for you. Clean. Spacious. Pool and hot tub super close by. And this place is well located for golf, shopping, restaurants etc.

Canyon Haven decent place

Our stay at Canyon Haven was good. Instructions/key were vague. A more detailed list of what to do w/keys (pool area etc) garage availability and overall rental would be more helpful. It was spacious and beds were decent. Appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and Dishwasher soap was much appreciated. Location was good for restaurants etc. would recommend Crackers and Co for any meal. Great food! Also, Bobby-Q BBQ restaurant as well.

Very nice place to stay for our winter get away.

Very nice place to stay. Unit was quiet at night and is very close to the pools and hot tubs which made enjoying the sun easier. Nice to have the garage to park in for security purposes. Host was very quick responding to issues. Only issues that we had were that the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work and the kitchen stove didn’t seem to heat up properly.

Sisters in spirit getaway

There were 5 women in the group so the 4 bedrooms and 5 beds was a must. Therefore, size of the house was great for us. There were a few small issues such as getting the door code to work on the first day, figuring out that you had to hold the toaster button down until it started to heat and then it would hold, broken blinds in master bedroom.but all were addressed in some manner via texting.

Nice home in a nice development. Convenient location. Kitchen sparsely supplied, not a real problem if you are mostly eating out. Not cleaned all that well, stainless sink needs some work. Plastic glasses did not clean well, even when rewashed. Bedrooms large and comfortable, nice towels, comfy beds. MBR shower needed to be cleaned better.

Impersonal, but fine

The property was excellent. I was accustomed to interacting with the owner of a rental property, but everything was fine, except the renter's instructions were not on the refrigerator, until after we checked in. This made using the internet impossible, until after the renter's instructions were posted on the fridge.

Truck towed

Lori was very easy to contact. Our rental car was at the airport and easy to find. The house was nice, dishes, pans, cooking items available. The only drawback was when friends stopped over to take our extra food home with them, we got to the house at 10:11 PM and when they went to leave at 11:10 their truck was gone. Lori stayed on the phone with us as we made several phone calls to determine who took the truck and how to get it back. The charge was 300 to get the truck out. There were several other cars on the street. Please be sure to advise your guests how costly the parking can be. Definitely not the ending we expected. But must say Lori was great to work with.

MOB with family and friends

The facility was clearly large enough for the people in our party. Crazy creaky floor in front of the twin/full bedrooms. The real challenge was amenities. There wasn’t enough silverware (5 spoons and forks) for the number of people or plates. I kept having to wash the dishes so people could eat breakfast. More information about the facility would be helpful when someone checks in. We didn’t find the thermostat until late the first night after my daughter went to bed because it’s upstairs. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. I was thankful I brought food measurement equipment and a very sharp knife. It's still a very nice place. Just a few touch ups would help.
