The kitchen was properly equipped. It is a lovely home and perfect location for us to rest and relax away from the cold weather. We throughly enjoyed the heated pool. It is about 15 minutes for groceries but it doesn’t seem far. We will be booking this house again if available.

Nice clean home, comfortable living spaces and a spacious open kitchen area. Lots of helpful spices and appliances to help make dinner, too! The pool was great. Being the first week of June it was a perfect 82F for a refreshing dip after work.The location is away from town, but also away from the noise of the interstate. It was closer to work for me, which made for a nicer commute.Thank you for a great stay!

This stay was wonderful and quiet. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoyed staying here with my boyfriend and pup. The house was absolutely what we needed. It was so homey and we loved the backyard. We stayed for about 3 weeks and it was very nice. Communication was great as well. Feeling so grateful for this nice get away.

Perfect for Staycation

We were looking for something away from the noise with a pool. This fit the bill. We were able to get Walmart delivery so being 20 min from “stuff” was not an issue. The rooms were comfortable and the backyard/pool were just what we needed to get away and celebrate family and a first birthday. Bonus that the property manager was extremely helpful and lives right next door. Thanks so much!!!

Toller Aufenthalt in Buckeye

Der Vermieter/Eigentümer hat immer unverzüglich auf Emails bzw. Nachrichten reagiert, was bei anderen "Hosts" nicht der Fall war. Seine Antworten und Beschreibungen waren zutreffend und es wurde uns nichts versprochen, was dann nicht anzutreffen war. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Lage ruhig, wir haben die Erholung, insbesondere am Pool, sehr genossen. Der Property-Manager ist die gute Seele des Hauses und war stets hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder beim Ausfall des Internets. Der Eigentümer hat sich sehr darum bemüht, dass wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren, was auch tatsächlich so war. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und das Ferienhaus auch dementsprechend gewürdigt. Wir fanden die auf Zetteln vorhandenen Hinweise hilfreich und haben uns auch danach gerichtet - was von anderen Nutzern als lästig angesehen wurde, haben wir nicht so empfunden. Sollten wir wieder nach Arizona gehen, wird diese Unterkunft unsere erste Wahl sein. Topp und sehr empfehlenswert.

Best vacation!

We had a great time at Tony’s house! It was perfect for a month long vacation for us coming from the snow belt. The house was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and backyard. It was quiet and the neighborhood was friendly. Groceries are a short drive away and if you didn’t want to cook, the Tartesso food trucks were a 5minute walk. We are hoping to return next year!

Quiet and Cozy Home

This cute and cozy home was stocked with everything that my husband and I needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location is great, far enough from town to be peaceful with no traffic, but close enough to be within 15-20 minutes of a grocery store. The host was also great with communication. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

The stay was good. Would have been nice to use the pool, the heater wasn't working. The patio screen was broken so couldn't leave the patio door open. The drapes on the patio door are a mess and should be replaced with blinds or at least drapes that have a pull on them. The solar lights in the back yard all need replaced there was no light on the patio or in the yard so sitting out at night was just in the dark.

Beautiful vacation property

This was our second visit to this property. The home has everything we needed. We like the area as it is quiet and away from the rushing in Phoenix You do require a car but that is fine with us. We hope to return again

We enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The cleaning had been done by a person who wasn’t familiar with the products they were using. There was a layer of oil on much of the furniture and the stove had not been cleaned properly. The bathrooms were fine and there was more than enough towels and linens. The backyard was very pretty and it would have been nice to be there at a time to use the pool. The biggest problem with the house was the location. It was 8-10 miles from the nearest restaurant, store, gas station, etc. and to get to any of those, you had to get on I-10 which is chronically under construction. The price of the rental took this into consideration.
