The house itself was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations during the stay.The issue arose after checkout. We were contacted and accused of damaging a soap dispenser. We did not use the dispenser and did not knowingly damage it. The issue was not noticed during our stay and only raised after departure. Despite explaining this clearly, responsibility was still assigned to our group without any direct evidence of when or how the damage occurred.For future guests, it’s worth noting that post-stay charges may be assessed based on assumption rather than confirmation. While the property itself was fine, the handling of this situation detracted from the overall experience and would make us hesitant to stay again or recommend it.
