For the cost, you need to fix some things at a bare minimum and add more necessities. Master bedroom, shower didn’t drain, no lights in the shower and one small trash can in the toilet room. Kitchen: disposal and microwave need to be replaced, they are on their last legs. The kitchen table has 4 chairs. It should have a min of 6. The rug under the table should be thrown away. It’s totally useless and gets in the way. It’s wierd there is no light above the table. No Kleenex anywhere in the house. No basketball & the hoop doesn’t lower for kids. The seering unit on the BBQ doesn’t work. Spa came on every night by itself. The patio furniture cushions need to be replaced, There is an ant hill right by the pool, the kids were scared. And workers should announce themselves instead of just walking into the backyard. You advertise a luxury property, but it is not being kept up very well.

We stayed in the house during middle of January 2026 and came to Scottsdale with a group of guys for a golf trip. The house was awesome and exceeded its expectations from the pictures. Our group had a lot of fun playing the mass amount of games all around the house, and the house had all of the gaming supplies which required us not to have to bring anything. The host Jason was very responsive and attentive and helped with all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. Jason was an excellent host—very responsive, patient, and accommodating from start to finish.The home is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood with easy access to bike and running paths, plus plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The house itself was well furnished, thoughtfully laid out, and very well maintained—everything worked as expected.We really enjoyed the amenities: pickleball, the batting cage, pool table, vintage video games, and especially the pool and hot tub, which were highlights for our group. The kitchen was fantastic and well stocked, making it easy for us to host a couple of dinner gatherings.One member of our group commented that it was the best place we’ve stayed in more than 15 years, which says a lot. Overall, this is a professionally managed property and a true gem. We were very satisfied with our stay and would absolutely return.

Property was in general great but also had a few issues. The carpet is extremely run down with various stains. We booked mostly for the pickleball court, which was great, but one light was out making it basically impossible to play both nights after the sun set at 6pm. I let host know and he acknowledged it but didn’t fix it. Pool, overall vibe, and house were great. Just needs better maintenance and cleaning.

Spring Break Oasis

Family and Friends gathered for a Break away from the business of life and school. This house offered everything we wanted. Large kitchen lots of outdoor activities and a great neighborhood for walking. Host was great. shopsrestaurants.

80th birthday

16 of us journeyed to Scottsdale for an 80th birthday. It was great to stay all in one place. I wish we would have had 1 or 2 more full bathrooms, but over all everything was greet. Jason was easy to work with and it was a great stay.

Friends & Family

We rented this home for 3 families including 8 kids ranging 6-17. The back yard pool, hot tub, pickleball, putting green, batting cage, and volleyball kept everyone busy and entertained for the duration of our stay. There are grocery stores and restaurants minutes away. I would definitely stay at this property again. We had a great time. Thank you!

Bach party weekend

This is the perfect place for a bachelor party or boys golf weekend. The highlight of the pad is the pool and outdoor space. Unbelievable. Big, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Easily slept 16 guys. Jason and team were very responsive when we had questions beforehand or during our stay. Location is unbeatable. 20 minutes from everything, including the airport. Would 10/10 recommend and we’ll be back for sure.
