This was the perfect location and accommodation for our large group. We came to Arizona for spring training and we couldn't have had a better stay. Martha was a wonderful host and the house was lovely. The backyard was as fantastic as the house itself.

Worst VRBO rental we have ever experienced!

It's unfortunate that VRBO does not let you post pictures of our experience. It would let people know what this property is truly like. Please do not get fooled by the pictures on line.I could write a book about all this issues as well the over 100 texts messages between the owner and myself.We spent almost 3 hours trying to get into the house on our arrival because Martha did not know we were coming and that was only the beginning of the nightmare.Here is a condense list of the main problems....The first night they ending up sending someone over because there were electrical problems all over the house. The Tiki house never had power the whole time we were there so you couldn't use the TV or Fridge. The sun room AC and light and fans also never worked.The roof leaked during a rain storm. We had to place towels down for 2 day as per her request.Our main issue was the FIRE. We were lucky the place did not burn down. Someone had decided that it would be a good idea to take a BBQ and remove it from its stand and inclosed it in a wooden structure in the TIKI house. This included underneath where the grease trap was. The structure caught on fire. We got lucky because someone went outside and saw it and were able to put it out. It had damaged the structure.There is a lot of subpar work that has been done with the electrical and construction in this house. I would never recommend this place to anyone.There are too many safety issues.

Nice home

We had a family get together and the home was plenty big enough, with everything we needed. Overall, it’s a nice home with a lovely back yard, but there were a few things that need repair or attention. The host was very responsive and we had a great time.

Family Gathering

The space and location of the home were amazing for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. That said, it was a huge disappointment that the pool was filthy and had a green slime in the pool and leaves accumulated at the bottom of the pool. The manager was going to have someone come and clean it but that would have been during our family gathering of when we wanted to use it. My husband used the pool skimmer to clean it the best he could so it appeared cleaner and a couple kiddos jumped in and enjoyed it. The security alarm also woke us up at 5:15am when my son in law left for work. Not sure if it was a glitch in the system or was set remotely by owners, we didn’t use the alarm system during our stay

Perfect location for Spring Training

We stayed at this property over spring break with family and friends. When looking at properties; we were looking for a property between certain ballparks. This property was right in the middle, and great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood, accessibility to ballparks, grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The backyard was awesome, our teens enjoyed corn hole along with the pool, and the adults enjoyed the bar area and the pool. We felt like we were at home in this property.

Great House

House was awesome! Tiki Hut was a hit but the pool and spa needed attention, pool was green when we got there, paid extra 375 to heat probably used 3 of the 6 days. Owner did get the pool service out for maintenance just too little too late. Also needed to text owner to start spa for every use which was unusual, the spa never got up to temp. The group I golf with the pool and spa are important especially after a day on the links. The grill in the TiKi hut was great but only 1 propane tank? Ran out of propane once had to finish dinner in the house. Owner did get it refilled the next day.

Family Stay

This was an idea place to have family together for a week of vacation. We used the pool, hot tub and back yard daily. The location allowed us to easily travel to hiking, the zoo and museums in the area.

Family Celebration

I reserved this home for a family celebration and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Martha ensured that the check in process and house rules were clearly communicated in advance of my arrival. the location of the home was convenient and easy to locate and the self check in process was straightforward. the property itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, far more impressive than the photos suggested. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. Throughout my stay I encountered no issues, but I felt assured that Martha would respond promptly if any needs arose. I highly recommend this home to others and would gladly return if I find myself in the area again.

Family getaway

Our family couldn’t get together for Christmas so it was decided to take a late Christmas and head to Phoenix from Canada and escape the cold. This property was just what we needed! Plenty of room, plenty of activities and the kids never left the pool. The area was great, just a quick drive in any direction and there was plenty to do! Martha was amazing to deal with, she always replied immediately to anything we needed! Thanks again!

Exceeded All Expectations

We had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO house for three nights to celebrate our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. We had about 13 guests staying overnight and more friends joining us on the day of the ceremony. The house provided ample space and wonderful outdoor areas that made our celebration truly special. Communication with our host, Martha, was excellent. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring everything went smoothly. We couldn't have been happier to celebrate such an important day at this property. It exceeded all of our expectations and left us with wonderful memories. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay!
