Lon & Nancy were the best of the best! Lon is a very welcoming guy! Never missed a beat on helping me and wife have a wonderful stay and adventure in Phoenix! Definitely coming back again to stay. Loved every minute. Also want to thank Nancy for checking in and making sure our stay was perfect. Clean, peaceful and views of life! Thank you guys! Highly recommend.

Our hosts, Lon and Nancy were quite welcoming. This rental is amazing. Views of both sunrises and sunsets! Walking distance to some great restaurants and miles of hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountain Reserve. The unit itself was large, super clean, beds very comfortable, and the décor was right up our alley! We have already decided if we ever come back to Phoenix, there is no need for us to look into different accommodations. We will always stay here if it is available for us!

This home is simply quiet perfection. The hosts are wonderful - both available and unobtrusive at the same time. It felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle of the city, perched up high with fantastic views. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great Escape from Winter

Phoenix vacation

Perfect stay! Extremely comfortable with the most amazing views. Nancy was a great host and even signed us up for free tickets to the Dessert Botanical Gardens before we arrived. Convenient location to restaurants and activities.

Wonderful views!

Loved the location and the views..:.just as advertised! Host was very responsive, and though they live on the property I only saw her twice! It is a 2 bed 1 bath but there is also a nice half bath just outside the unit for use if needed. Highly recommended!

The Views!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The views are better than the photos. Great mid-century decor. Spotlessly clean. Check-in was a breeze and hosts were very responsive to any questions. Only regret was that I didn’t have more time to spend on the beautiful patio looking at mature cacti. Highly recommend this property!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed at Nancy and Lon’s place for a long weekend with family. They were wonderful hosts, making us feel welcome and answering all of our questions very kindly and promptly. Their home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the city and mountains and lovely inside and outside sitting areas to take it all in. Their home is within walking distance of hiking areas, restaurants, shopping and only a short drive to other activities and the airport! We loved our time there and definitely plan on returning!!

Best Host EVER at ViewPointe

I have rented over 30 VRBO's and Nancy is the best hostess I have ever dealt with! She was readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions of things to do in the area. The views from ALL the windows were gorgeous as you can see from the pictures on the listing. Beds and bedding were high quality, mattresses on the softer side. Noise machines included in both bedrooms! Plenty of towels/sheets/blankets. The weather was rainy and cold for our stay so we utilized the cozy throw blankets she had draped over the couch and chairs. Kitchen is bare minimum but very functional. Thankfully there is a dishwasher b/c we had to do dishes every day. We made breakfast and dinner every day. There is a beverage fridge in the unit and then a full size fridge/freezer in the entryway that we could use as well. Washer/dryer is shared with the owners, who live upstairs. But we had plenty of privacy, it really was like having our own place. The driveway is steep, but like suggested, slow and easy gets you there :-) The unit is INSIDE the Hilton Squaw Peak resort complex, but it is NOT part of it. So you have to purchase a day pass if you want to utilize any of the facilities. Very quiet neighborhood, away from the bustle of downtown Phoenix, airport and Scottsdale, yet only 10-15 minutes from either. Access to highways were easy. It's a great central location (within a couple miles) for multiple trailheads (Dreamy Draw, Pietsewa Peak, Camelback). Lots of restaurants around.

Five Stars Are Not Enough

I’d give six stars if I could! Spectacular location, spotless apartment, so many thoughtful little touches, with friendly hosts who cheerfully welcomed our family (including an infant) and accommodated our special requests. They even arranged a spectacular Arizona sunset to welcome us on our first night.😊 We hope to return!

Delightful Hideaway

A cozy light-filled suite with well thought out touches throughout. The elevation made it so private, even on the outside patio, where you can see everything and no one can see you. Cheers to Nancy and her beautiful space.
