Great Place

It was perfect for our spring training baseball trip. The location was near plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc.. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood where we could get out and run/ walk. Really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding home and the property manager, Priscilla, was very attentive and made our stay a wonderful experience. The house itself was very clean and cozy, and was stocked with everything that we needed including toys for our grandson to enjoy. The heated pool was an extra bonus that we greatly enjoyed. Great Rental!

The property was clean and well prepared for us. Very nice house in an excellent location! We enjoyed sitting out by the pool in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and the property manager left snacks for us, as well as coffee. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome getaway!

My wife and I recently stayed here for a week of spring training and the World Baseball Classic. This is a beautiful home in a very quiet and upscale neighborhood near a golf course. Check in was a breeze and we found the house to be very clean and well stocked. It has 2 bedrooms and a loft sleeping area with 3 full baths… plenty of room for a larger group. We loved the backyard area which is closed in and private. The pool was awesome and very clean, with a pool person who comes once a week. Still a bit cold in the evenings so the heater could never catch up with the cold nights, but we were still able to get in a few dips during the day. The owner provides access to the garage so you can keep your car out of the sun, which was a very nice surprise, since most VRBO owners lock you out of the garage. Also, there are orange, lemon, and grapefruit trees on the property that were full of edible fruit (yes, we checked with the owner before picking any). How cool is that to be able to pick an Orange right off the tree and eat it! The kitchen pantry was well stocked with non-perishable items left by other renters and the owner also left us a few snacks as well. And, yes, the backyard backs up to Dysart road, but it didn’t really bother us as the road noise dies off in the evening, so nothing like what another reviewer wrote. It really wasn’t an issue for us at all. The neighborhood is great for walking and the house is close to lots of food and bar options. If you are a remote worker, there is a very nice office room with natural light and a working printer (which we used to print out our NCAA brackets). Lastly, Priscilla was very easy to get in touch with and she even checked in with use during the week to make sure everything was going ok. We highly recommend this house and will likely try to get it again for next year.

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay there and Priscilla, the owner, was wonderful in responding to queries quickly and in person. We had a snafu with the pool (challenged heating element) so to avoid any sudden shocks to our anatomies, we opted not to use :+) This by no means changed our minds to want to stay some time in the future. Great place, great neighborhood, lotta good places for shopping... and Priscilla recommended we did try a couple of Italian places - Papa Paul's Brick Oven Pizza and Bella Luna - YUM!!! Great trip - thank you, Priscilla :+D

Love Litchfield Park

On our first visit to AZ years ago, we stayed at the WigWam Resort and fell in love with the area. It's quiet and quaint with plenty to do and easy access to everything in the valley. When we moved there, we decided to live in the area as well. Now after being gone several years, it was like coming home. This property is all you need for a nice relaxing stay, whether you stay in or return at the end of a busy day. It's nicely refurbished and decorated with all the amenities you need. Priscilla was great to work with and communicated with us throughout the reservation process, with easy check-in and departure. She even worked with us when my wife was unable to make the trip due to a family emergency. It was a real no hassle stay. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to making another trip to stay there.

Amazing Experience in one of the nicest VRBOs!

Beautiful house and neighborhood!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! First of all, Priscilla was an excellent hostess! She was easy to contact when we had questions. And when we needed something in the house she actually had it delivered along with extra goodies. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. And I’ve never been in a VRBO house so well equipped with kitchen supplies. It was a girls weekend and we found the location of the house to be close to the Old Litchfield Park bars and restaurants and very close to Camelback Ranch baseball field, where we saw a spring training game. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to another girls weekend here.

Beautiful home, nice amenities

Well maintained and clean, with so many thoughtful touches. The huge glass windows in the breakfast nook feels like you are eating beside the pool. Pricilla was very quick to communicate. The third bedroom is an open loft with a sofabed that worked out ok for my kids but might not for adults. There is a nice bathroom upstairs that is convenient.

LOCATED ON NOISY HIGHWAY

This property is close to restaurants, shopping, and the Wigwam Golf Resort. The host was accommodating and friendly. This home backs up to a very busy 4 lane highway. This is not a fault of the host, but something that needs to be disclosed as future renters need to be aware of the noise. The noise can be heard night and day inside and out. It seems quite odd that of the 17 prior reviews not one mentioned the noise or the highway. One review even said it was “Quiet and Serene.” The Master bedroom is the noisiest room as it is approximately 25 to 30 yards from the highway. The upstairs loft is with a hide a bed is the quietest room, which is where my wife slept. The TV pictured in the listing has been removed. I slept in the spare bedroom with ear plugs. Very disappointed to have wasted 2 weeks here. If you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper you will be miserable here as we were!

Something to Celebrate

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at the Litchfield Park Place in celebration of his 50th birthday and some peace and relaxation. The property was well kept and Priscilla was so responsive to my inquiries. She accomodated my needs and provided great suggestions to where we can have a nice birthday celebration - Litchfield's was a wonderful, delicious and memorable experience. Staying at Litchfield's Park Place felt like we were at home but also in a private retreat. The home is beautiful and the area is quiet and serene. We would visit again and highly recommend!

Would definitely book again!

My husband and I spent the weekend in AZ for our honeymoon. We were greeted with champagne, roses and a beautiful card upon entry to the home. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough. Everything we could have needed was provided. The private pool was relaxing and very enjoyable during the hot AZ days and nights. We will definitely be back and will book this home again without hesitation.

Great house!

We stopped here returning home on a cross-country trek, and this house was definitely an oasis at the end of a long day of driving. From the wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival, to the spotlessly clean house, to the floaties awaiting our children in the pool, no detail was missed. The master suite was spacious and very comfortable. The kids loved the bubble bath in the upstairs tub after a day of swimming! Priscilla was friendly and super communicative. Great place to stay!
