I can't say enough good things about our stay. Communication from Hosts was excellent, house was amazing. Huge outdoor space with pool and jacuzzi, plenty of space for us to all hang out in. The pool table and ping-pong was a hit for the kids and adults! Rooms were big and beds were extremely comfortable. Just an amazing property, would highly recommend. If MLS Next Fest is in Arizona next year, we hope to stay here again!

The home and outdoor space was perfect for our family getaway. We loved cooking & baking with the kids, using fresh lemons from the yard and swimming all day! Thank you! The description explains the place well & no surprises! It was worth paying the heating fee so adults enjoyed the pool as much as the kids :)

Great House for Mancation 2025!

Girl Friends Get Away

I have stayed at this property before and will stay again. This time was for a great girlfriends get away. It has everything you need so you do not have to leave. Jessica is awesome and very helpful from the time you look to book throughout your time at the home. It is beautiful and the pictures are true. Pool and hot tub, ping pong, pool table, and all make it a great place for relaxing whether with friends or family. The kitchen is well stocked, you can cook all meals here no need to go out. Love the home close to downtown Gilbert. Great Saturday Market and restaurants if you should choose to eat out. Thanks again for sharing this home.

Arizona Family fun

We were visiting the area for my daughter’s soccer tournament. The house and location was perfect, close enough to the fields but also close to shopping, restaurants and local entertainment and hiking trails. The house itself is perfectly set up for a group with plenty of space and activities to keep the family busy. The kitchen is ready if you want to cook meals in and we also enjoyed going out. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed the backyard space to relax and gather. Everything about this house and property is deserving of 5 stars!

Perfect for Family Celebration

Amazing Desert Oasis

What a great house. We found it super clean when we arrived and expansive. Everything you see in the pictures comes alive when you walk into the house and into the backyard. There are so many areas to sit and relax with a fire. The pool and hot tub are super great and the outdoor kitchen is incredible. Wish we could have stayed for 2-weeks...What an oasis.

Sunny Arizona home.

Jessica and Nick were great. If we had a question they were right on it. I couldn’t say enough great things about our hosts. The home was perfect for our family. The pool was large and both hot tub a pool were sparkling clean. The 4* rating is only because the neighborhood is on the direct landing path for the airport. Though we loved seeing the fighter jets from the base (the kids were excited about these), it could be quite noisy. Fresh fruit trees in the yard! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious place! We had a group of 12 for our trip and this house was the best! The huge area in the combined living room/kitchen (with ceiling to floor slider doors ) with view to the outdoor space was amazing. Backyard area has everything you could ask for - hot tub, heated pool, large flatscreen TV, huge grill, enough outdoor seats for all of us and more! It had yard games and even fresh fruit trees with a beautiful meadow. The indoor was just as nice. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, large laundry room, kitchen has everything you’d want(and in good shape, such as dish towels, pot holders, and pans). Tons of towels were provided! We loved our stay! Again, home was fantastic in so many ways. Jessica was an amazing and responsive host. We will be back!
