The location was perfect for everything we had to do from soccer tournaments to seeing Phoenix’s and the surrounding area. The house is clean, relaxing and great views of the lake. Wish it had a gas pool heater to heat the pool better, but we made it work. The master bed is super high off the ground and hard to get in and out of, and I’m 6ft. Overall great place and would stay there again!

Lovely property in a peaceful neighborhood. Host was quick to address a few issues that we had upon arriving. Within minutes of lots of shopping and dining options. Pool was perfect temperature and clean.

This place was great for our family reunion! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. I particularly liked the artistic touches like decorative folds on the towels and cloth napkins. The kitchen was well-supplied. We did cook some meals and had whatever we needed. The pool is small, but conveniently shaded in the afternoon. The best part is the wrap-around covered patio that runs from the pool area around a corner to the master bedroom. It overlooks a peaceful pond, where hummingbirds hover and flit over the water. A large grill sits near the pool, and an outdoor TV is available near patio tables that seat 10 in total. The landscaping is as well-maintained as the interior. We visited over Labor Day weekend and temperatures were above 100 each day. We’d like to stay here again when the weather is cooler, and we can use the provided kayaks on the larger lake that is just down the street. We had a lovely evening on our last night. A thunderstorm blew through Tempe, and we enjoyed the cooler temps as we watched the rain fall on the pond out back. Then we walked to the corner and were blessed by a beautiful flaming sunset over the lake. Wow!

The house and location was nice. Everything was great with the property itself. The only thing that was even slightly annoying was that I received probably 20 emails that I had to sign with tons of information. So finding the door code and address and everything was a little frustrating. The property manager texted back very quickly though so it was not a big deal. Overall great place to stay, and would stay here again!

Better then one could ask for

This is the perfect family holiday for us! Like any person going on vacation with kids, I was worried that they would be bored. Or what would be there to cook with? What was the quality in quantity of items. Everything went beyond perfect, Every activity was within a twenty minute drive.And when we're at the house, my teens were either in the pool or fishing at one of the lakes (no kidding they caught over 50 fish!) or kayaking. My toddler would play in the pool, go check out the lake and feed the ducks, check out the birds. She had a great time. Everything we needed was there and the house was stocked well with everything you could need. We will definitely be going back again and again.

Beautiful home

The house had all the comforts of home and many high end features. The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views in the back yard and spent a lot of time in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.
