Perfect location for watching baseball at Scottsdale stadium. Centrally located to many restaurants and entertainment. Nice quiet neighborhood.Didn't use the pool or hot tub, there was an extra 150/ day charge to heat and needed 3 days advance notice, which we didn't know about.We were 4 couples, so we were a little surprised with the bunk bedroom. It doesn't specifically say bunk beds in the description, but I guess "4 queen beds" implies bunk beds. There are 40 pictures of the property and one does show bunk beds, but we didn't look at all of the pictures. It worked out ok though, the bunk bed couple got to sleep in a different bed each night.

Beautiful Property but several disappointments

The home is beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, very clean, inside and nicely stocked. The pool is large and beautiful with huge back yard, lots of comfortable, shaded outdoor seating, a nice grill, and lots of outdoor anctivities etc. But . . . We had several issues;The pool and jacuzzi were so filled with leaves and bugs, and the skimmer wasn’t working at all. This prevented us from using the pool for 2 days of our 3-day stay.One of the shower faucets broke preventing usage of that showerThe cook top and oven power source tripped while cooking dinner. After calling the mgmt. company, locating and opening the electrical box and getting power back, our dinner was pretty well ruined.Something was spilled on the white bedroom carpet which we had to clean.And lastly, we couldn’t use the grill because we weren’t able to connect to the propane tanks.

Spring Break Stay

Overall nice property with enough amenities. One of the reasons we picked was because of basketball hoop in pool, but it was rusted out and fell over the first time the kids tried to shoot at it. Also after we paid 150 per night in the pool they came and shocked it and had us sit out of the pool two days in a row, during prime swim time. 1pm - 3pm! Just should have been better communication and would have like a discount after not being what we expected or paid for.

Decent Place

The house is very nicely renovated, decently clean and in a good spot. The only reason this isnt 5 stars for me is their policy for heating the pool. 150 USD a night to heat the pool is outrageous. Its noted in the listing so its not a surprise, but looking through dozens of other places, pool heat is either included or at most 75 a night. We still had a lovely time non the less.

Misleading listing

Pros: good location, clean property, lots of towels, comfy beds and the blankets were cozy. Yard is beautiful and set up well, good space for a group. The maintenance guy that came to fix the oven issue was very helpful and professional Cons: total misrepresentation of pool and hot tub both were freezing even though listing says heated pool and hot tub. Only one small place at the very end of listing does it mention that there is a fee to heat the pool…and the hot tub. They want 150 per day! And can’t heat both so it’s one or the other. Should have been listed as pool with optional heat and cold tub. Also hot water doesn’t last long enough for more than 2 people to shower at a time. Beware if planning to use the kitchen to prepare food they have double ovens but can’t use both at once or it blows the breaker. Also the cooktop and the microwave are on the same breaker. So when trying to cook dinner we blew the breaker, called the number. They got back to us in almost an hour just to tell us someone would come look at it the next day. We suggested that it seemed like a breaker but couldn’t find the breaker box in the house. Had to spend additional money on food not planning to. The saddest part is a few things better communicated and advertised from the property manager and 5 star review
