Home away from home!

This was our third time staying at this VRBO, and we hope it won’t be our last! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved slow mornings drinking coffee out on the veranda, and the pool and hot tub were always a hit. Perfect location with restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, and shopping all close by.

Awesome stay

Beautiful condo and excellent location

My husband and I spent 4 weeks in the condo - and our daughter joined us for 10 days. The apartment is immaculate, tastefully designed, quiet, comfortable and roomy. All was very well equipped- kitchen, baths, laundry and bedrooms. Michelle is an excellent property manager - responding to any questions we had in a very timely manner. We loved staying here and were sad to leave!!! We hope to be back next winter!

Very comfortable beds! Nice quiet area & comfy furniture on balcony. Only shortcoming was no drawers in 2nd bedroom & more towel racks needed in bathrooms. Owner very attentive & responsive.

Great Condo, great location and owner!

Our second long term stay at this condo, and it’s spotless and supplied with many of the basics ( wishlist would be a blender ) The owner is very generous with supplies and extremely easy to communicate with! This complex is within 10-15 minutes of most things we prefer in the Phoenix metro area.

Terrific unit in wonderful location

The unit was exceptionally clean and well supplied with towels, kitchen supplies, and everyday needs. The location was excellent for our us and the complex itself was very quiet. Michelle was very accommodating.

Still Great. Everything we needed was there. It would be nice if there was a dresser or more shelves in the closet of the second bedroom to unpack your clothes. But that's a minor inconvenience. We'll be back.

March get away

Spotless and updated condo! While the Villages Condo complex may be on the older side the location can’t be beat. Michelle’s place is darling/ remodeled and well appointed. We were delighted that many of the basics were stocked- cleaning supplies, toilet papers, etc. Easy assess to clean heated polls as well. If we had any questions Michelle responded immediately! We’re coming back next year!

Very clean! That was the most important feature!

A few things to consider: Hand towels in the bathrooms and a ring to hang them next to each sink Hot water takes 4 ever to reach the sinks and showers, especially in the master bathroom! Wasted gallons and gallons of water waiting for warm/hot water to wash my face! A recirc pump on the system would pay for itself in the course of one rental as its shame to waste so much water, especially in the desert! Need better lighting in the living room and also a much better TV platform! Never did figure out how to get regular channels, ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, MSNBC…. Lose the fake ugly plants! Either put in some real greenery or have nothing at all! I bought an inexpensive vase and kept fresh flowers in the apartment! Not criticisms but suggestions to make a more positive experience for everyone!

Entry landing was unappealing, neglected and in “Appalachian” style disrepair. Condo is shaped like a cavernous tunnel with the limited indirect natural light only at either end. An aroma of fakey-sweet air freshener products permeated the air upon arrival. Adjacent HVAC equipment, when running, makes for an unpleasant combination of noise and vibration in the guest bedroom and kitchen. A full two minute wait for warm water in bathrooms. Secondhand weed smoke and loud rap music provided on balcony by occupants in nearby unit. Cheap plastic chairs on second balcony, one had been cracked and poorly repaired and had re-cracked prior to arrival. Frequent annoyance of yipping dogs nearby. 30% overpriced. Otherwise ok. One and Done.

Winter Getaway

Very enjoyable time in AZ. Condo is centrally located, immaculate and very comfortable. Easy access to many cultural activities and scenic day trips. Michelle was very helpful throughout our stay. We made the difficult decision to cut our stay short due to concerns about Covid-19 travel interruptions and desire to be back near family. Michelle was very accommodating.

Perfect Getaway for Couple

We arrived to a welcome basket and fully stocked kitchen!! The condo was very clean with an abundance of consumables for our stay. Michelle was quick to respond when we had a specific question. This location has eight pools and whirlpools, perfect for relaxing after our morning hikes. We also enjoyed the central location, blackout curtains in bedrooms and the quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway close to Scottsdale and Phoenix offerings!

Stand Out Property

This is a great property - probably better than advertised. The Scottsdale location is convenient to shopping, golf, dining, and recreation. The unit is attractively finished/decorated, comfortable, and very well equipped. Upon entering, you are impressed with the quality updates which are enhanced by how immaculate it is. A great plus over many rentals we have experienced previously is the complete lack of "clutter". One can enter, unpack, and immediately proceed to enjoy the stay. No organizing, or ,moving the owners or past tenants "leave behinds" out of the way. The property owner was prompt and professional in all communications. A real pleasure to deal with. This was a great stay in a great property.

Enjoyed the week!

Very clean, nice unit! Communication from Michelle was clear and the unit had everything we needed. Pool was clean and heated to a warm temperature, our boys really enjoyed swimming . Would rent again!

Fall golf trip

We rented this condo for 10 days this fall to catch up with friends and play some golf. The unit was very well equipped, modern, and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back soon!!!
