CIty Views, Holiday Smiles

Just book it. Unparalled city views AM or PM. Sunsets that are breathtaking. Close to Old Town, Arcadia, Biltmore. We loved every minute of it. HolidayRental team was professional, and responsive. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking Views

Our family of four stayed here over spring break. We enjoyed the space, location and views. We went on a daily walk around the beautiful neighborhood, spent nights around the fire. Played pool, darts and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well appointed. We also used the grill for a couple of meals. The house is clean, the landscaping is well kept. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back at this location.

Amazing views

We flew in on thanksgiving and the management company was great meeting us during holiday and even bringing over pac n play and a stroller for our baby. The view from all rooms is breathtaking-especially at night it alone is worth the price. If any suggestion to be made is probably having usb outlets and more paper towels for cleanup , otherwise amenities were great and everything that was needed. Highly recommend!!

Never disappointed!

Seldom a property not only lives up to expectations but exceeds it! The promo video is great and got us excited but the property itself blew us away! Tyler was outstanding and was very timely with replying to any questions and made the stay that much better. They also go above and beyond by stocking the fringe with a few "essentials" to get your stay started on the right foot. We will 100% be back.

Great Spring Break!!

We couldn’t have been more happy! The location was perfect the views are one of the best in the area. Every night we sat as a family by the fire and watched the lights of the city and planes fly in. We will definitely be back!!

Great family getaway

We arrived for some warm sunshine but instead got rain. Fortunately, the City Views house had plenty to keep our busy family occupied. A pool table, foosball, hot tub, covered pool, and various board games were all there to use. The beds were firm but comfortable, the kitchen stocked, and the fireplace warm. The views were fabulous. We highly recommend.

Great house and location! Super close to Old Town and bars

I stayed here with a group of 12 for weekend. The house was great, in great condition and had a ton of bells and whistles. HolidayRental was great and in constant communication with us during our stay when needed. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Felt like I was in a movie in Hollywood with those VIEWSSSS

We had a fabulous time at this villa. It was one of the best vacation homes we've ever stayed in! The home was wonderfully stocked and was gorgeous, but the outdoor space and the views were unbelievable! HolidayRental was so helpful and available to answer all of our questions. Thank you! Great Place and a Fun for the Kids, pool and views were THE BEST

We stayed here with our 2 young children and our extended family for several days and absolutely loved it. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were amazing, so if you have little kids, they can easily play and swim with ease. We did not have a single bee issue at this home FYI. I booked this home back in October 2018 based on the amazing reviews and they still seem to hold true May 2019! The pool and patio area are fantastic - perfect for swimming and laying in the sun. The kitchen is lovely and stocked with any tool/item you may need, but just be aware if you cook, you will need to buy all the basics (olive oil, etc) as there is nothing besides salt and pepper there for you. Management did let us know ahead of time. Definitely book it for the beautiful, well-decorated, luxury detail and views. We already booked it again for a future stay!

Oh, did we not mention the bees!

Oh, did we not mention the bees! Nothing against bees, but when the property manager doesn’t tell you ahead of time about the seasonal bee invasion that renders the pool area useless we felt like we’d been scammed. Disappointing to say the least. We planned for a fun spring break vacation with our kids and picked this property specifically for the pool. When it’s north of 90 degrees everyday, water is an outdoor necessity. Unfortunately after spending just a few minutes hanging by pool the bees would start buzzing around. A few at first, then minutes later they’d be buzzing around in mass. Our kids felt terrorized and eventfully just refused to go near the pool. As potential solution, one property manager suggested that we turn the bee nuisance it into a learning opportunity for our children on how to not be afraid of bees. It wasn’t just too much for our kids, we also found ourselves constantly swatting away the bees, and ultimately no more pool time after the first day. Don’t get me started on the bee stings. Property management did drop off a spray bottle for us to spritz the plants with bee repellant and at another point added some salt to the pool. Neither remedy had any effect on the bee activity. Our issue isn’t with nature, it’s with management company. They are quite aware of the bee population in the area and have history managing this property and others in the area. Bummer that they chose not to make us aware of the this issue prior to booking. The house was nice and so was the view, but since we couldn’t use the pool we found ourselves scrambling to make alternative plans for our kids and taking on the additional costs and time. We were also warned by one of the partners of the management company that if we planned on writing a bad review that there would be repercussions across the Internet for myself and my wife. Not really sure what that means, but i guess it’ll be a learning opportunity for us. In the end, Drew, the co owner of Revana Reality, finally agreed to partially refund our payment. Unfortunately, the check never arrived and he hasn’t returned our phone call. FYI: this is the 10th VRBO experience and first review.

Awesome place with amazing city views and service

Loved this place. Amazing and chic interior decor. Unbelievable views (both sunrise and sunset) of the entire phoenix area and south mountain range in particular. Also loved the guest house in particular--'main' guest should consider it, though the master suite is really cool too. The hot tub was great as was the outdoor BBQ. The service was also exceptional with the daily tidy up making it seem more like a luxury hotel than your average VRBO. Can't say enough good things about and definitely nothing to complain about.
