This house felt like home. The kitchen was SO well-stocked. We didn't want for anything. There was room for all of us to eat and hang out together comfortably. The neighborhood was safe and walkable to get groceries or dinner. The beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable too! The backyard was amazing for us (6 adults and 3 small children). We loved the pool, hot tub and putting green especially. The home was very clean and well taken care of. I would absolutely book this stay again.

Mark was a wonderful host and we so enjoyed our stay. My three teens enjoyed the basketball court, putting green and shooting a few games of pool. We were walkable to restaurants and grocery shopping and a close drive to lots of golf and fun shopping! Loved the hot tub and pool and huge perfectly stocked kitchen. Thanks for the stay!!

Absolutely wonderful property

My family and I were blessed enough to enjoy Mark‘s property for seven nights. This home is an a prime location, walking distance to 15 or more restaurants, and the other homes in the same neighborhood were also very well kept and the neighborhood was so pleasant to walk around with my family. Not only was Mark an incredible host and communicator, but his home was impeccable. The decor and furniture was An inspiration of how I would decorate my own home. They really did such a good job with all of the furnishings and everything is up-to-date, which I really appreciated. You can tell the way that they take care of the maintenance on their home to make it feel brand new for every single guest. The backyard is a literal resort style vacation with a huge pool, mini golf area, basketball court, pool table, Jacuzzi, it really has it all, and made us feel so at home. The kitchen was completely stocked with truly every kind of utensil And cookware needed to prepare any meal at the home. There are five bedrooms in this home with so much space. Each room is decorated so so cute. Not a single detail was missed. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which I think is something that is often overlooked when reading these reviews. They actually care about the quality of sleep that their renters get which is oh so kind! :)Thank you again Mark for sharing your beautiful home with us! I can only hope that we are able to come back again soon.

You can walk to many restaurants…In-N-Out burger as well. The backyard is private with plenty of outdoor activities. Awesome place!

Great home for family vacation

We had a great stay at this home! We came with our family of 8, ages ranging from 14 months to 66 years and it was perfect for all of us. The house is exactly as described and as shown in the photos which is always a big comfort. The house is spacious, clean and great to house all of us. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The outdoor space is lovely with activities to entertain everyone. As a group of Canadians coming in December paying extra for the pool to be heated was definitely worth it. Tne location was great too as we were close to all amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. And Mark was super easy and quick to communicate with when we had any questions. Would highly recommend this home to any families looking for a place to stay while enjoying Scottsdale 🙂

Great home! Great location!

We would love to stay in this home again. Everything was perfect. The house is spacious. Beds were comfortable. Loved the pool and access to a basketball hoop on the property. The neighborhood was quiet with qick access to a walmart and many restaurants. Its a 20 drive to downtown Phoenix.Host Mark answered all questions quickly and wss wonderful. Book now! :-)

Great location

Very nice property with excellent outdoor space. Host was very responsive. One of the bedrooms is the garage space which has been converted to a bedroom so the AC was separate and a little noisy for sleeping. The master suite was very nice and the hall bathroom was also very nice. Location was close to Walmart and other dining options. Overall good stay.

High School Guy Trip.

A group of forty something’s got together to chat, reminisce and connect in Scottsdale. This location was safe, centrally located and convenient. Our host stocked the property well and was highly responsive. We would absolutely book again next time we are in Scottsdale.

Jackpot of a find!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this Scottsdale property! Two families, lots of kids, and everyone loved the pool and jacuzzi. Evenings by the firepit were a highlight for the adults. The location was perfect with shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The well-equipped kitchen made Thanksgiving prep a breeze, and the entire place was nice, modern and updated with attractive finishes, shows pride of ownership. The beds were comfy with many extra pillows to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience for both families! I would highly recommend as a place to stay!

Stylish home in an amazing location

The home exceeded our expectations in all respects . The location couldn’t be better , it’s walking distance or a very short drive to shopping and restaurants . The backyard is like a resort with a large pool and spa and very private . The interior is where the home really shines . Since the home was remodeled everything is new with a wonderful floor plan and stylish furnishings . I especially found the beds and linens to be extremely comfortable and the shower was a dream . The home was very well stocked and the owner thought of everything. I honestly couldn’t think of what I would do differently. Checkin and checkout was easy and instructions for the home was provided . We never needed to contact the owner . We were free to enjoy our much needed getaway . Cheers to Mark for providing such a wonderful stay . I highly recommend !

Our Scottsdale getaway

This home is amazing. My wife and I booked a quick getaway and were happy we came across Mark’s home. The home was recently renovated, and my wife fell in love with the kitchen and master bathroom. It gave us many ideas for our home. It was a perfect experience for us.
