Such a great little place — quiet, secure, and cozy. I enjoyed that the kitchenette was stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee marker, full sized fridge/freezer. The hosts are working on some upgrades to the electric I believe, and being able to run multiple appliances at the same time will be an improvement. There’s a two-in-one washer/dryer in the bathroom which was very nice so that I could easily travel back with clean laundry at the end of the trip. Pool does not have a heater, and was quite cold, so I didn’t really get to use it, unfortunately, but the area was cute and nice for enjoying coffee or a glass of wine by. The location is convenient for picking up groceries and easily commuting into Phoenix, but the property itself is shared with the main house that is very close by. I did notice there are security cameras, pointed at the casita and pool, and I really think that could be disclosed on the listing and at check-I for the sake of transparency. All in all, great stay, value and no issues. Would rent again!

My own pool-what more can you ask for? The casita was a normal studio size so perfect for one -maybe two. Bed (queen) very comfy. Needed to ask for a few things but they were right back with them-I kinda want what I want, you know? Steve and Suki great hosts-never bothered me. Kitchen sufficient with no real Stove/oven but a tabletop oven and two burner hot plate. All I needed as I wanted to eat out and just make soup or grill cheese or sandwich when home. Can’t wait to rent it again next year. Oh and a yummy grapefruit tree. Gated and felt safe but it’s on a dark street bit like I said; security gate. Owners not on property; just down block.

It was as the hotplate worked. It was just a little on the slow side. We got along great.

Host was welcoming. Location was great and pretty quiet with roosters crowing in the back ground. Pool was ice cold, for summer use only, but it was great to sit by the pool and have your favorite beverage. Felt a little uncomfortable knowing the owners home is 20 feet from you. The yard needs some attention, looks nothing like the pictures. If you like a very firm bed then this is the place to stay. Overall its was better than staying in a hotel.

A wonderful, convenient location. Adequate for what we needed and very hospitable host. Nice pool and sunning area that was a quiet spot for reading but too chilly to enjoy the water on this trip! Kitchen has everything we needed and the bed was comfy. We also were able to enjoy fruit off the grapefruit tree. Gated entry to the property.

I had a great stay. The place was super cozy and the hosts were amazing!! Big electronic gate in the front of the house that made you feel safe as well. Highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay in the area!!

The hosts Steve & Suki are very accommodating. Unfortunately, the hot water heater went out on my day of arrival. I was able to shower in the main houe and was also refunded a portion of my fee's for the incovience. I highly recommend the vrbo and will return if the need arrises.
