We had a great stay here. This place is in a great location and really has everything you need. Highly recommended. The backyard and pool area are truly remarkable. Would definitely stay again. Manager was attentive and answered all questions.

Great spring training trip!

Worked great for our family spring training vacation. It was a little cumbersome having to contact to turn on the heat for the pool but it was great. Also, the boys were hoping that a basketball would have been available but we couldn't find one but I never contacted them about it. Would definitely consider this house next time!

Great short term vacation house

This property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance to a lovely park. This house is extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were all firm & bathrooms were clean & functional. This house provided everything to have an enjoyable stay: comfortable furniture, pool table, board games&puzzles, cornhole and basketball hoop. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from dinnerware, plastic tableware , new appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, to storage containers. Lovely outdoor area with multiple seating , pool and hot tub. This is a perfect house for a group for short term stay. However, during our 2 month stay we encountered a few issues. Be aware that the garage is unavailable making car loading and unloading inconvenient. We noticed the nonstick were scratched and damaged and not useable./ we contacted the manager & he promptly replaced them. His response to other issues were not as easily resolved. The dishwasher was missing the drain and rinse aid covers affecting the cleanliness of the dishes. Many times most of them had to be washed by hand the next morning. There was a muddy area in the back with standing water. When the manager was notified he stated he would contact the owner, however we never heard back and the problems were not resolved.All in all, however, this is a great, comfortable and enjoyable vacation house. We would definitely stay here again.

Arizona Getaway

House was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Outdoor space was great with a large pool. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. We were a group of four but this house could easily accommodate a larger group. Good location.

Great Location and Outdoor Living

Great property close to all kinds of amenities and shopping. House was well stocked with starter items and had ample linens and towels. Nice pool and hot tub. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Interactions with property management team were prompt and professional.

Great place for a family!

We came from South Dakota to celebrate our daughter's big birthday. All the beds were comfortable,the AC worked great, the pool and hot tub were fantastic and we enjoyed the pool noodles as well. Game night on the patio sofas was fantastic. Great location for shopping,dining, and a few groceries!

Even Better than Advertised

The property was better than advertised. The house was very clean with plenty of room and plenty of amenities to handle our group of six. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom is like another house in of itself. The backyard is absolutely perfect. From the sitting areas with plenty of shade, misters, fans and TV to the large pool and hot tub. We could not have been happier with our stay and the ease of booking and timely responses when/if we had questions. A few items to recommend, but nothing major that would keep us from staying at the property again (which we hope to do so): 1. A few more dish towels and oven mitts would be a nice addition. 2. Upgrade the guest shower head and curtain. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect outdoor area

The house was spacious and comfortable. What really makes this place special is outside in the back. Besides the pool and spa, there is gorgeous landscaping, lots of birds, and great seating areas covered from the sun with overhead fans and misters to keep you cool in the desert sun. The management was responsive to our requests.

College Gold Team from CA

The property nicely accommodated our group of college golfers who were in town for a competition. The hot tub and pool table were a nice benefit. Lots of seating in side and outside were also nice.

Great house!

We loved staying here. Everything was very clean. The floors needed mopped. Great pool area! We used the hot tub a lot. My only complaint is that we requested the pool be heated and it was not. There was no communication from owner until the day we came in and then it was too late. We were not able to use the pool at all because it was freezing. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise it was a great house.

Fantastic backyard!

Great pool, hot tub, and pool table! Loved the backyard. Great seating, TV, firepit (too hot to use right now). Lots of pool floats and toys. Warm water and the hot tub had super powerful jets. Indoors we had tons of space to eat, cook, watch tv and play pool. Beds were super comfy and the house was VERY clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family

Property was very spacious. Lots of covered spaces outside to stay out of the sun. Everyone was happy with the house. Only issue we had was the trash bins were full upon arrival, we let the property management know and it was attended to quickly. We would definitely rent this property again.

Very Nice Home

We had more than enough room at this property. Beautiful pool. Backyard was very spacious. Location close to restaurants and stores. We were there for a 2 day conference. Wish we had an extra day. Highly recommend!

We will be back!

We came here with our family of 6 (4 kids: 14,12,10 & 8) and it was super accommodating in terms of space, amenities, privacy, proximity to stores, & overall fun and comfort. Super clean and nice finishes - didn’t feel cheap or worn/dirty at all like some VEBOs we’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back and we recommend to any larger family or group of friends. We already miss it!!

Great place to stay!

Very spacious and great location! We loved the floor plan and all the amenities. Outdoor space is amazing! Our only criticism would be that the hot tub seemed a bit dirty (the filter monitor said it was way past servicing) and the primary shower wasn't cleaned well (hair - eww). These things didn't ruin our experience in any way. We plan to come back in the future. Well done!
