Great place to stay! Perfect size for us, and we loved the neighborhood, especially enjoying the walking paths. Great location to enjoy everything in Gilbert and surrounding Phoenix communities. The house was clean and comfy. The hosts had great communication, and took care of anything we needed during our stay. I hope we have the opportunity to visit here again!

Excellent house and host!

We needed a place to stay before our brand new home closed as we were moving out of state. We had our cat with us as well and the hosts were so accommodating and helpful and really helped ease a lot of the stress from a long distance move! The neighborhood was also excellent and we HIGHLY recommend this home !

Quick trip

The only issue was my fault. I came down Fri thinking i'd reserved Fri and Sat but it was actually Sat and Sun. Thankfully I have a friend who let me stay with her . So Sat worked out great.No problems. House is so nice and clean loved the neighborhood and trails in the trails just out the backyard.Instead of staying Sunday we left around 1.

Nice house

This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Thanks for the coffee supplies. It would have been nice to have some games and puzzles and some kitchen supplies like saran wrap, ziplocs, aluminum foil, etc. Also kleenex. A great stay. Would stay again.

Very nice property

The property is located in a lovely area with lots of trails. There are a few small items to be aware of but certainly nothing to desuade you from renting it. The description was accurate and we didn’t catch it so it is on us. The tv doesn’t have cable so we were unable to watch a few NFL games and the description says you can stream services so come prepared if this is important to you. Neither pool we had access to has a hot tub which we enjoy on our trips after a game of golf. Once again not Julie’s fault. She is an excellent host and great at communicating before and during our stay.

Fabulous location!

We loved our month long stay at this property. Home is beautifully decorated and located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous parks, lakes and walking trails were thoroughly enjoyed by all! Home owners were so wonderful to work with and very attentive to any needs. Truly a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this propert!

Nice but in need of some cleaning details

We had a smooth check-in process. Took a look at the thermostat, which gave firm instructions to not lower below 74 degrees which was fine but then says if you need more airflow then to turn on fans but fans were caked with dust. Upon further inspection we discovered that all air vents were covered excessively dirty. The carpet also has a lot of stains and appears to be dirty. The water failed to get hot enough to clean pots & pans properly so, all dishes and pans were a bit greasy and dirty Just a note, we contacted the host and sent pictures of these items of concern but didn't get a reply.

The quietest neighborhood

Our stay in this home was wonderful. it was very clean and taken care of. Very comfortable furniture and beds. the kids also appreciated the park near the home! 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. Perfect location for our visit. Room and amenities were excellent. Already booked for next year which will be our third stay at this house.

This VRBO was in a great location! Quiet residential neighborhood. Excellent amenities and very clean! Owners were easily accessible if needed. So many choices of activities close by: walking paths, parks, pools, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, hiking, pickleball...We would definitely coose this place for a return vacay!

Perfect Temporary Home

We had an extended stay at this home and it was absolutely perfect. The house is located in a wonderful community with beautiful walking trails, tree-lined streets, and community ponds and pools. The house itself was clean, beautiful decorated, and the layout was practical and useful. The hosts were so understanding and flexible with our travel situation and did everything they could to make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We had some hiccups during our stay, that were completely my fault, and the hosts were always gracious, understanding, and accommodating, helping us resolve the issues. I could not have asked for better hosts and a better property.

Simple, clean, convenient

The house itself was great! Nice community to walk around. Convenient location to everything. Our only difficulty was the front door lock. We were given no instructions for the complicated, high-tech key pad. When we called the "help" phone number the evening of our arrival we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Fortunately, we figured it out on our own after a while. Good thing, since we didn't get a call back until the next morning. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Will return!

Would definitely stay here again. Had an issue with check-in. The keypad door lock wouldn't work for us. Had to call the host. She gave us a key to get in. No more issues after that.
