Great Location

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room, kitchen was stocked with good dishes and the pool was fun. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home!

I stayed here with my family to watch the World Baseball Classic, this home did not disappoint. It was very clean and very spacious, and had so many beds to accommodate everyone! Very minor things I noticed upon arrival, but the host was very quick to respond and assure they would take care of anything they needed to. I would highly recommend this home in the future, and would definitely stay again.

The location just off 101 is great to get to the spring training ballparks. The house itself was fine but the furnishings were a bit rundown. The management company was good to deal with

Convenient and clean

Very convenient and clean. As advertised. Host was very quick to respond to questions and requests. Was hoping for an early check-in, but admittedly requested it rather late.

Get at your own risk.

We stayed for a night and the house was overall beautiful but one of the rooms was infested with bugs with them being all on the floor in the bathroom and basically everywhere in that room and I gave them all the proof they needed and when I asked them about compensation or a refund they made me wait 5 days just to tell me they weren’t liable.

Great location & setup!

The house was perfect for my family to spend a couple of days in Scottsdale! Although it's not walking distance to Old Town, it is pretty close, about 5 minutes driving. The house was renovated and it looks nice inside. They converted the garage into a large bedroom as well, perfect for kids, with two bunk beds. The only “downside” is that there are only 3 bathrooms, but that's ok depending on the number of people in the house. They were very nice to bring us extra towels during our stay because it rained sooo much (it never rains in Phoenix lol) that one of the bathrooms had a leak through the window. I told them about that so they can fix for the next guest. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well, it's a very quiet area. I loved using my Marriott Bonvoy points as well, such a great way of doing it. Thanks, Goodnight stay.

Great/Not Great

The property and location were second to none! A few miles to Old Towne. If you're an outdoor person, 5 blocks from the house is Cornado HS with a track, football field, stands for doing whatever aerobic/walk thing you like to do. Across from the HS was a 13 lane outdoor 25 yard pool open year round. To the left of that was a public golf course, outdoor fishing spot, playgrounds for the kids. CVS, Walgreens and Albertsons are within blocks. The not-so-good? working with GoodNightStay. The third-party people. 3 experiences. I paid half down....2 days later they said we didn't have a reservation. I paid one month in advance for pool heat. I called the week before. They said I didn't pay. Last? A contractor walked into the home using the keypad while we were on the deck. 1. Unsettling. Cuz now someone else has the code while we are there. 2. Nobody contacted us to ask if it would be ok or even give us a heads-up. #Disturbing.

Nice place to stay, a few watchouts

This house is lovely, and looks really nice. A few issues, but overall a positive stay. The bunk bed room is a converted garage, so during our July stay, it never got cool enough to sleep in. We had enough other beds/rooms, thankfully, but would have been mad if we'd been counting on those beds. The pool was a little murky, and a little smelly. The steps were cracking and pieces coming off. Very pleasant for the heat, though. The kitchen is a little rough if you're a big cook. Dull knives, few/small cutting boards, and folks have clearly used metal on the non-stick pans. Bring your own if that's important to you. This was clearly not someone's home, but managed by a company. That made communication difficult; there was not one person we could call, but a main number, and the first person I spoke to when we had issues with the pool was unhelpful. Second person was great and sent someone out who could help us with all our issues. Pros: nice, quiet, residential area. Blocks away from a playground & Boys & Girls club with water slides, and close to grocery stores & other quick eating spots. Big, spacious, well-lit. Good AC. Really nice living room & couch where we could all cuddle up. Nice big washer & dryer. Would stay here again!

We didn't stay at this location- but where we stayed was nice!

Hello, We didn't stay at this location as it had a flood. We were moved to another home that was great! Our only complaint was it needed more cooking pans! Otherwise very nice new home and the kids loved having a pool table!! We appreciate the stay and would recommend. Thank you!
