Nice stay in Sun City West

We enjoyed the location and dog friendly space. The house was clean and orderly and the neighborhood was quiet. Thankfully we were away during the heat of the day for activities, the AC was not working optimally but was sufficient for sleeping after the sun went down. Bob was awesome and responsive in getting the AC fixed asap and during an extreme heat wave. Thanks, Bob!!

A lovely home, with all the kitchen supplies for every need! It truly felt like a home. It was immaculately clean! My husband and son commented on how comfortable the mattresses were and slept like babies. I did too! There were easy instructions and great local information provided. Excellent Stay!

This was a great Home to stay in Peoria AZ! It was clean, spacious, and very well stocked! Everything in the house worked well and it was so quiet there! The Owner, Bob, was very communitive, he answered all my texts! The Arizona Room was one of my favorites! I am looking forward to staying again!

Our first choice for stays in SCW

Really enjoy staying in Bob’s home in Sun City West. We’ve stayed 3 times now and always find the home clean and Bob is just a wonderful host to work with. He is super responsive if anything does come up. The home is spacious and well kept. It is in one of the older sections of SCW and not super fancy but it is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and very quiet. The backyard is great for relaxing and all the TVs have either Roku or Direct TV available.

Clean fully furnished 2 bedroom home

Nicely decorated and furnished 2 bedroom home in older section of Sun City West. Really enjoyed nights on the back patio, enjoying a fire and the sunsets. There are multiple flat screen TVs setup with Roku for easy streaming. Kitchen has older appliances but all were fully functional and spotless. Really enjoyed our 2nd stay in this lovely quiet home.
