Perfect house for multiple families. Snow cone machine and popcorn machine were such a hit. There was play equipment for all ages. Multiple bedding arrangements for whatever nighttime support the kids needed on a given night (parents to cuddle, friends to slumber with)

Amazing back yard

My family really enjoyed our stay at this location! It was very easy to work with the property management company and their customer service was wonderful- available for questions and thorough in providing instructions on the house. The location was amazing - very close to Kierland Commons and other strip malls with endless options for food and restaurants. The highlight for the family was the backyard of the property. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The inside of the house was spacious and the kitchen in particular was well stocked. The movie room was also highlight for the family.

Great family vacation!

House was clean and as advertised.Lots of space for our children and seven grandchildren. Grandkids spent hours in the pool and playing in the yard. Great central location to lots of day hikes. House manager was very responsive to any minor issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Dream Home!

Friends and family gathered together (8 adults, 3 kids) for a staycation where we welcomed a new addition to the family and celebrated our 3 year old. Loads of pool time, some b-ball, b-b-q, and backyard fun kept everyone happy and busy! Loads of comfy indoor space for all! Very clean and well provided!

Paradise in Scottsdale

We had a total blast at this property; within a few hours of arriving, we agreed that we're coming back every year. The property is expansive (the pictures don't do full justice) and it is literally perfect for a family (ours had in-laws, 4 year old, and a 1 year old) with kid and baby accoutrements. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was very gracious and responsive before and throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend!!

New Years 2024

Lets start with Brisa, the property manager. Brisa provided us her cell phone for test messages during our stay. The longest it took her to respond the entire week was 4 minutes. OUTSTANDING customer service. The house is better than the pictures. The back yard is huge more than enough room for our 7 & 2 year olds to run all over the place and more than enough room for our college athletes (volleyball and football) to work out all week. More than enough space to put the young ones to bed and for the adults to play games without worrying about waking them up. Looking for something out of the ordinary to do while you are in Scottsdale, try ATV tours with Stellar Adventures. You might get to pick up a Tarantula while you quad around the desert.

Sweetwater Ranch

Our stay could not have been nicer. Brisa was an amazing property manager. She responded immediately to any questions and was lovely to work with. The home was perfect. It was well equipped with everything we needed. . The outdoor area could not have been nicer. We will defiantly be back.

This home has it all

Very impressive, resort style home. This home as it all, it is stocked up and ready for relaxation and enjoyment. Check for a complete child's item listing prior to using baby quip, they probably already have it for you. So fun with kiddos, seeing the smiles on my daughter's face was soo fun! What an amazing property. Any small issues we had, they were fixed within 24 hours! Only improvement would be more, outdoor lighting, and a fire place that gives off more heat or those outdoor heaters as it cools down so fast at night.

Wonderful House

The property was amazing. We had a lot of people that enjoyed playing games and utilized the basketball courts, lawn, golf, horseshoes, etc and had a wonderful time. The pool was great as well. Had no problems with property manager and everything went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Perfect baseball trip

We had a great experience at this property. It was exactly as pictured. The host was attentive to the little bit of help we needed. We had 3 parents and 6 14yo baseball players. They ended up wanting to come back to the house after games to hangout/watch movies/swim/backyard activities. The house really made the trip so much easier and more relaxed. Would definitely recommend.

Great property

Our family has rented over 10 properties between Arizona and Palm Springs and this is the best one we have rented. All the details are accounted for, they’ve have gone above and beyond to provide a great experience, everything was in great condition and working order. The yard is beautiful and there is something for all ages from 10-70! Super fun place to stay.

Family Fun

Plenty of room for our group of 11 with adults, teens, and a baby! The house had many amenities and necessities for all with room for your own space. My family loves to be active so the large yard, the pool, and the basketball court were well used. and much appreciated. The one downside comment from all adults was the beds. They were too soft and the couples found themselves rolling into each other for the week. Not ideal when you are looking forward to a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the movie room, pool table, games, and gathering around the large dining table with our whole group.

Barrettjackson vacation

We enjoyed the home, the open concept of the family room and kitchen make for easy family time. We enjoyed the backyard bbq, swing set and jacuzzi. The neighborhood is in a area of older homes which are being purchased and remodeled so there is a chance of construction equipment running during the day. I would make a request that the owners get rid of the metal trash container as Friday morning around 5 am the garbage truck drives up into the driveway and makes a tremendous amount of noise dumping that container. Property manager was very accessible and took care any needs that arose. The master bed creaks and groans getting in and out of the bed. Once in bed it was comfortable, Overall the house is comfortable and pretty well stocked.

Superb Stay!

Fun in the Sun

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Sweetwater Ranch with my friends and Family. Pictures do not do the house justice, they are exactly what you see and more! The house was very well kept, clean and stocked for all of your needs. Would highly recommend to anybody traveling down to this area!

Positively Perfect!

This home is like having your own private resort. Plenty of entertainment for the whole family both inside and outside the house. Kitchen was completely stocked. Home was very clean and comfortable. My first thought when we walked in was, "I think they gave us the wrong house- this one is too nice!" We called about one issue that we had turning on the projector; when we could not figure it out over the phone, the renters came out the next day to fix it - very responsive and condiserate enough to check that we were ok throughout the week. Recommend without hesitation and would definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful, clean and a great choice for our family. And if you forgot anything, they had had spares if just about everything. The neighborhood was great and minutes from just about anything. Thank you for a terrific family vacation spot. We will be back.

Amazing house in Scottsdale. Room for plenty of friends

Ten 40+ friends (guys trip) fit comfortably in this great house. Check in process was very easy with a digital lock. Very easy to park a large vehicle in the garage. Communication with management was great and they are willing to resolve any issues that exist. We had some issues with two of the main tvs. We notified management and said resolving them was not necessary during our time there. Great location to casino and restaurants. The outdoor shade is worth it as this was one of the reasons we picked this house. So much shaded seating all day. Some of the negatives that might take away from the 5 star review: there is no golf video game as seen in the picture. The trees behind the basketball court need to be trimmed as they are much larger now than in the picture. A ladder is needed for one of the bunk beds (as seen in the picture). All minor issues. The pinball machine has a few minor glitches, but fun nonetheless. I recommend this house to anyone based on its size, amenities and proximity to so many things.
