GREAT STAY!

The property was clean and well taken care of. We had everything we needed there. Washer and dryer made it possible not to overpack for our trip. They even provided the detergent. We enjoyed the pool, every day, and usually were the only ones there. The apartment was strategically located for travel on busses and the light rail. We decided not to rent a car and enjoyed a week of travel costing us each about $5.00. Can't beat that. We went everywhere we wanted to go. FATE restaurant was across the street and we ate a couple of times there. The food was good and it was so convenient. I got in touch with the host several times, before we got there, and was quickly answered. We were all 100% satisfied.

Great Stay

The place was very clean and well stocked with pots, plates, silverware and spices. The rooms were clean and comfortable and would stay again. The outdoor pool will be better if heated at a better temperature but overall the place was very convientent for sightseeing and golf

Perfect Location and Perfect Accommodations For Visiting Tempe

We were very happy with the accommodations and location of this unit. It is very well stocked and very clean. We stayed there for my son's move into ASU. The location was easy to get to, very central, and provided so much more than a local hotel. We would absolutely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Comfortable for Couples

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister in law, need to be in Tempe for a grandparent’s memorial service. This house was perfect for us as each couple had our own bed and bath rooms with the kitchen and living area’s separating them. Never had to share any private spaces which made for a comfortable trip. Very nice for four people. The location was central for what we needed. I would stay here again as it was very clean and stocked. The laundry room with clothes soap was a huge bonus. This was our little sanctuary away from family, friends, grief and the stresses of travel.

A Great Place to Stay in Tempe

Spent multiple weeks at this location enjoying Spring Training, golf, hiking and everything else Arizona has to offer in March. The location of this property is great. Close to everything I wanted to do. Property was great, clean and easy check-in. Plenty of parking. Brewery across the street was a great way to end many days. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This is a nicely appointed condo in a convenient location to a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, a FREE bus line that takes you around Tempe (to the ASU Campus, Mill Ave shopping/dining, and the light rail). As others have stated, there is significant street noise, but not the fault of the owner. The beds and living area seating are comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and it was nice to have laundry in the unit. I will stay here again if it's available.

Great location for restaurants, parks, big box store, etc.

Overall, it was very good. We live in the country, so it took a couple days to get used to the street noise, but that is the only "negative" I can think of. Actual condo complex was very quiet. It had everything we needed as we stayed there. Cozy, stocked and very clean. If we have to go to Arizona again, we will choose same place. I interacted with host and she was very quick to respond to my questions- which is so appreciative. Thanks for the accomodations.

Beautiful condo, busy location

The accommodations were top notch. Given that the unit faces the multi-lane (both ways) street, a noise cancelation machine would've been helpful at night. The shower tub floor was very slippery and I didn't see a mat. Otherwise the homeowner did a great job.

The condo is small but comfortable. The second story location is not ideal for anyone who has mobility issues or difficulty climbing stairs. The living room area could use better lighting. A floor or table lamp would be good for sitting and reading, etc. The major drawback for us was the incredibly loud traffic noise on Southern Avenue.

Highly recommend this wonderful condo

This is a very clean and comfortable condo that made for a wonderful stay while we visited ASU, which is just a short drive away. These are owners who are clearly thoughtful and organized, as all we needed was available (e.g. towels, kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, etc). The condo complex itself is pleasant and clean. And the pool looked great (January in AZ not usually warm enough to actually try it). Two notes simply for the benefit of potential renters: 1) the designated parking spot under the carport could be tight for those unaccustomed to tighter spots. But easily remedied with the option of parking in the easier guest parking in the back of the lot 2) the condo is on a busy street - zero issue for a city guy like me, but mentioning in case it’s not a fit for others. I for sure will look to rent this great condo again on future trips to Tempe.

We didn't have a water one morning. Call to 2 numbers on the folder, but didn't fonction. Please up date your contacts. We sent an email and finally we understood the water connection work for whole building and got back in few hours. Thank you for your assistance. We had nice time in Tempe! Nice place, clean and well equipped

Overall, this place is super nice and clean. Charming! Comfortable, cozy, 20 steps from the pool/hot tub in the complex. Most everything you could ask for during a short stay. Super speedy WiFi. The allocated parking spot is really tight—do not expect to park an SUV in it. We found spots right near the entrance that were unmarked quite easily. These were the better options, even though the trees were teeming with birds (who did there thing). Right across the street is a cool brewery, called Fate. We did do a bit of contemplating at Fate.

Great stay in Tempe

Everything was great. We were a little disappointed with the pool experience. We were told by the pool maintenance folks that pool was “heated” to 75. To us that way too cold to be comfortable. No chairs available around pool but we blame that on COVID. Love the condo, the location, had a great time!!

Tempe Stay

Great place for a couple of weeks to wait out the winter chill in the Midwest. Visited the brewery across the street several times. Good food and beer. Condo is very well appointed. Street noise a little loud but not terribly annoying. We had our dog with us and he too enjoyed the stay. Cheers!
