The host was welcoming and stayed in touch do to some issues. It’s a long story. When we arrived we were late getting to check in by a little over a half hour and the cleaning lady was still cleaning and washing the towels and bedding so we really didn’t do a walk thru. We called the host and he explained that the cleaning ladies child had been sick and we totally understood that and that things do happen. So we went out back to hang out and swim but to our surprise the pool heater had not been on and the water was at 62 degrees. So we called the host again and he said he allowed 3 hours a day for the heater and the fire pit to run so no swimming or moving into the house cause they were still cleaning. When they were done we hauled our belongings in and settled in. We cooked steaks on the patio flat top which was pretty grimmie so we worked on cleaning it as best we could. We hit the hay early and one of the guys got up at 4 and turned the pool heater on so it was supposed to heat to 92 in 3 hours well it didn’t and it was like 4 hours and we had a 11 am tee time so no morning swims ether. Next morning we got up to shower and we had no hoy water so we called the host again and evidently he had had it drained and flushed and they evidently didn’t restart it. So we went out and restarted the pilot light so we could have hot water to shower. We went to make coffee and of the 3 coffee makers that were there one worked but we had to improvise it to make it work. Outofspacetofinish

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was easy, close to stores for shopping and I was able to host dinners for my family that I was visiting.The owner is pleasant and available if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Arizona Trip 2025

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect—just a quick 15-minute drive to State Farm Stadium and close to grocery stores and other amenities. The house had plenty of space for our group, with a large, open kitchen and comfortable seating throughout. The pool was a huge plus during the Arizona summer heat, and we really appreciated having the outdoor TV and flattop grill—we were able to enjoy a baseball game while cooking dinner outside, which was a highlight.Communication with the owner was excellent, and they were very accommodating with both early check-in and a late check-out, which made our arrival and departure much smoother.A few minor things to note: Some of the towels were stained and could be replaced, the pots and pans were pretty worn, and there wasn’t much Tupperware available. The lounger by the pool was ripped and unusable, though there was plenty of other seating on the back patio. The fridge also didn’t seem to stay quite cold enough, even at its coldest setting.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d definitely consider booking again in the future!

Me and 2 business partners rented this place, I did tell him that I didn't have a definite head count at the beginning, but would give him one closer to, we ended up a total of 3 people for a house that sleeps 6, after the trip he did say he normally charges 10 a person after 2 people so be aware of that I didn't realize that.

Great relaxing weeekend

The house was big enough for the 8 of us. I booked the house because of the closeness to talking stick resort as we were attending a concert there. Also our boys mostly teenagers enjoyed the pool we did as well it was a great weekend get away. On another note do not plan to make coffee in the am the coffee makers in the house do not work.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

EVERYTHING from the time I contacted to the owner prior to booking, was absolutely PERFECT!!! Communication was easy and effective. Once booking the property the communication continued to be impeccable. Arriving at the property the owner did a quick walkthrough going over everything. The house was spotless and a great layout. It was my son and I there on at a baseball tournament, and this location was great. Every picture of the property from VRBO was exactly as it was in person, so no need to go into detail on how it looked. We walked in and were extremely impressed.I highly recommend and will definitely look at staying again next time I am in Phoenix!

Wonderful Stay with a Friendly Host!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was well-stocked and exactly as described.The highlight of our trip was definitely the heated pool—it was perfect for relaxing and the kids loved it. The backyard was peaceful and private, making it feel like our own little retreat.Highly recommend!
