Your Scottsdale escape starts here. This welcoming 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed for easy relaxation and family fun, with a backyard you’ll want to spend all day in: a private pool with optional heat, an in-ground hot tub, a putting green, and a built-in propane grill. Inside, unwind together by the electric fireplace or get things done in the private office. Sleeping is comfortable and flexible with three king beds and two twin beds, accommodating up to 6 adults plus 2 children.

Backyard:
Scottsdale oasis for family fun hang out time. Relax by the pool and soak in the UV in our in pool sun loungers or chill I the hot tub. Gather together for a BBQ meal with the outdoor propane grill, while playing a game of put put. There is plenty of shade including an outdoor fan to still enjoy the outside during the famous Arizona heat. Surprinsingly enough, Scottsdale can get chilly! The pool may be heated during your stay to make your trip unforgettable no matter the season.

This open concept kitchen has everything you need during your stay! Everything is easy accessible with open air shelving, and fully equipped with all of the essentials needed to make your home away from home as comfortable as possible.

Living Room:
Clean, bright, and spacious | Perfect for your family gatherings, or hang out and watch your favorite show through streaming services on the smart TV.

Neighborhood Info:
Enjoy Scottsdale’s sunshine, Southwestern charm, and vibrant dining scene from an established residential neighborhood just east of Old Town. This location makes it easy to mix laid-back mornings at home with afternoons exploring and memorable evenings out.

A short drive brings you to Old Town Scottsdale, where local coffee shops, patio restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries invite you to linger. Browse Western-inspired shops, discover your new favorite brunch spot, or head out for dinner and cocktails. Scottsdale Fashion Square adds luxury shopping and even more dining options to your itinerary.

For time outdoors, explore the nearby Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, a scenic network of parks, lakes, and walking and biking paths. Whether your plans include family outings, golf, shopping, or simply soaking up the Arizona sunshine, you’ll have a convenient home base for enjoying Scottsdale at your own pace.

A car or rideshare is recommended for exploring the area.

Transportation Ideas:
A car is recommended for making the most of your Scottsdale stay. Old Town’s restaurants, galleries, shopping, and nightlife are a short drive away, and Uber or Lyft offers a convenient option for evenings out.

Walking and biking are great ways to explore Scottsdale’s parks and greenbelt paths during cooler weather. Old Town is best reached by car or rideshare, especially during the hotter months.

Getting around is easy with Uber, Lyft, and Waymo’s driverless rides, subject to service-area availability. For shorter outings, check the Bird or Lime apps for nearby electric scooters and designated riding and parking zones. Scooter availability varies by location and time.

Flying in? Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the main airport serving the area, with rental cars, taxis, and rideshare options available. Allow extra travel time during rush hour and major Scottsdale events.

Pool Heating:

This is a pet free home. We care about the safety and heath of our guests and understand that pet dander can be difficult for sensitive groups. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort of our home so please respect this rule.

Rules:
1. Max capacity 6 adult occupants, and 2 children per Scottsdale city ordnance.
2. No smoking in or anywhere on the premises, including the backyard. This includes cigarettes, weed, vaping, and anything of that nature. Additional cleaning and air purification fees will apply if smoking of any kind is detected.
3. No events, or parties of any kind.
3a. No tape, tacks, or sticky things on the wall. Additional cleaning fees will apply.
4. No pets of any kind. The state of Arizona does not recognize ESAs as service animals and additional fees will apply if a pet is brought to the home
5. Quiet hours 10:00 pm-8:00am
6. Street Parking Prohibited
