It is a very nice house, but with some issues. First of all, we paid an extra fee to have the pool heated. It was not heated; the controller showed that it was not on(I didn't think I should touch it in case it was off for a reason) and the pool water was very, very cold. Next issue is the broken kitchen faucet which was not replaced during our stay, despite reporting it multiple times on the first and second day of our visit. The third issue is the lag for warm water to reach the faucets and showers. We thought that there was no hot water; I timed it at over 3.5 minutes for warm water to reach the faucet, and the water never really gets hot. After you warm it up, then turn it off, couple minutes later cold again, same warm up timing. So lots of wasted water, and lots of waiting around. If we had been told that this was an issue, we at least could have known that there actually was warm water; we didn't shower for two days until a plumber explained what the problem was.We expect to have the charges for the pool heating reimbursed, and to be compensated for the inconvenience and aggravation of the broken kitchen faucet and the poor communications from the management company in trying to get all of these issues addressed.
