Liked: cleanliness, all the beds, well equipped kitchen, lots of places to sit and talk. Didn’t like: hostile neighbors, hot tub not working (even though the hot tub fee was refunded, yes there is a fee to heat the hot tub). Weak water pressure in showers in two of the bathrooms.

Our family spent four nights at the Scottsdale Dynamite Delight in November 2025 for a multigenerational Thanksgiving gathering, and it could not have been more perfect. With 7 couples and 4 children, we needed a space that was comfortable, spacious, and FUN—and this property delivered in every way.The outdoor area is absolutely AMAZING. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy conversations in the various seating areas. The pickleball court and heated pool provided endless entertainment for all ages, creating some of our favorite memories from the trip. It’s rare to find a property that allows grandparents, teenagers, and little kids to all have fun together, but this one truly did.Inside, everything was clean, and the bedroom setup was ideal. Each room had a large, comfortable bed and its own TV, which meant no debates over who slept where—always a win for a big family! The master suite was a peaceful haven for Grandma and Grandpa, giving them a quiet space to retreat to when they needed a break from the happy chaos.The location was also convenient, with grocery stores nearby for all of our Thanksgiving fixings and the inevitable extra-milk runs.Communication with the rental management team was excellent—every question we had was answered promptly and helpfully.My whole family agreed that we need to stay at Dynamite Delight again.

Fantastic home! We had a group of 10 adults and felt we could easily have added more with plenty of space. Everything about it was wonderful. Be aure to bring your own equipment thoigh if you want to utilize pickleball/tennis court or putting greens. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and home

This property was great for our group of eight friends. Attended car week and golf. Kitchen well equipped and eight bedrooms/king beds worked out well. Temps were cool in Scottsdale during out stay but backyard looked awesome for warmer temps. Would stay here again.

Great house

A great bedroom availability, kitchen was adequately equipped, could use baggies for food storage, pool was great along with the hot tub. The pool table was fun to have but took up a lot of space in the living room.

Family Vacation

Family Wedding

The house was just awesome! There were several of us from all over the United States attending a family wedding, and everyone had a fantastic time, and it was an unanimous decision that this was one of the best places we have stayed at. The amenities were as shown in the listing (the kitchen is so very well stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook/bake) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and very convenient to anywhere you need to go. The backyard was our go to place, so relaxing and big enough for everyone!! The property management company was great, they contacted us when we got there with a phone call to make sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. They were attentive to text messages and emails If and when we return to the area, we will definitely be looking at booking this house again!!

Family Reunion in AZ

House was great for a family reunion (all 21 and older). Very clean. Large kitchen and table for gathering and family meals. Pool table, badminton, and corn hole provided lots of fun. Hiked quite a few trails. While bit of a drive from Old Town (which we knew), there was shopping and restaurants close by. Property manager was extremely attentive. Highly recommend.

Peaceful but convenient Location

The home is laid out perfectly with the main living and gathering areas in the center of the home and the 8 bedrooms surrounding on both sides. We normally find with these homes the kitchen will not have premium pans and utensils but this was not the case with this property. Everything we could ask for to cook for our large group was here. We did have issues with the icemaker which they offered to reimburse us for bagged ice until they could get it fixed. If I were to make a suggestion for this large of a home it would be to have a larger beverage cooler or an additional full size refrigerator. There is plenty of room in the home for this. The home upon arrival was very clean and smelled wonderful. The guests all found their beds very comfortable. The backyard with the hot tub and fire pit was very nice. Plenty of room to gather together or separately with the separate seating areas. We enjoyed the home so much we have reserved it again in February.
