The listing makes this property look amazing. It could be an amazing property. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a nice area and checks all the boxes. However, what we showed up to was disappointing to say the least. The putting green was damaged and completely useless. The hammock and a few of the chairs and outdoor seating under gazebo were broken and useless. The swing-set was very rickety and missing bolts that hold it together. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pool basketball hoop broken. The cornhole sets were broken and useless. Fire pit would not work. The hoop shoot in the garage was not functional. Inside the home, the wallpaper in the entry was hanging and falling off. Stains on rugs, seating, and bedding. The listing showed a couch with a pullout bed that we were planning on utilizing, but there isn’t one. Why would you list a pullout bed in the listing and not even have one. That was very frustrating. the inside wasn’t nearly as bad as the outside, but still gives off lipstick on a pig vibes. When we reached out to property management, they were quick to have someone replace the cornhole set, pool basketball hoop and the broken seating under the gazebo. But nothing else was done to accommodate all of the other issues with the property. I’m really not one to complain too much, but when you book a property without ever seeing it in person, you should expect what is advertised! This property is too nice to not keep up and take better care of!
