  • Relax and unwind in this beautiful southwestern home centrally located in Paradise Valley. Lounge in soft leather furniture, stunning wood burning fireplace with old barn wood cabinets and new stainless kitchenaid appliances, the home boasts a totally open floor plan and a large covered patio with Weber BBQ grill (gas), lovely landscaped backyard, patio furniture and brand new hot tub spa that fits 10, immediately off the master bedroom. This masters king-sized bed has luxury bedding and travertine ensuite double sink bathroom. The other bedrooms are set up for guests with a gorgeous queen bed or for children in darling bunk beds. We have a crib available if requested. This location is ideal for almost every activity in Phoenix, golf, hiking, swimming, shopping, sightseeing, visiting and just laying back and recharging. A 52" TV in the living area and TV's in each bedroom, the master has a 42" smart TV as well as cable is included with wifi. Some of the restaurants in the immediate area are: Lots of specialty restaurants that arent franchise and the franchise are: Outback, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, In n Out, Chilis, 5 n Diner, and many other specialty restaurants. Grocery store is right up 40th Street and a Costco is at the PV mall within walking distance. Stonecreek golf course is within walking distance and several other courses are minutes away. The location of this home is ideal right off the 51 and near the 101- fast access most of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, Mayo and golf, hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. The host was exceptionally responsive and the house was clean, comfortable and located in a well kept neighborhood. Conveniently located near all types of shopping and great restaurants. Private backyard with well kept landscaping and hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat home meals. Highly recommended.

Great location - close to many stores and places to visit. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook daily meals including an outdoor grill. Cable TV was a welcomed amenity vs other rentals that only provide internet access that require you to have subscriptions to watch TV.

We enjoyed our stay in the Paradise Valley area. Darcy is an excellent host who is quick to respond and wants the best experience for her renters. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice new hot tub. The home even has a lemon tree with great-tasting lemons, which we enjoyed.

Lovely, comfortable place. The decor is so cozy, and the kitchen well equipped. We loved the yard for the dogs and really enjoyed the hot tub. Darcy, our host, was very responsive and friendly.

My family and myself came into Arizona for my graduation at GCU. I was looking for something comfortable for the family and the property was just as described/pictured. It was beautiful and inviting. The family was very impressed and we enjoyed our stay. The home was stocked with many items in the kitchen and bathrooms. Checking in and checking out was flawless. Communication with the homeowner was flawless. Grocery stores and restaurants were within about five minutes of the property, making everything accessible. We even caught a movie on Thursday afternoon. Thank you again for use of your wonderful home.

Amazing stay

Got to relax and spend time in Arizona visiting popular places. Lots of space for my family and a convenient location. I will always stay here. Great location!

Very nice home

Convenient location with a great back yard, this home was very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and helpful. I hope we can stay there again.

Darcy’s place was absolutely perfect for my family! The convenience of a doggy door and fenced in backyard was AMAZING for our pup. The hot tub was the nicest we have ever seen-it’s huge and even has jets on the floor for your feet. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and all cooking necessities. The decor is very appealing and the beds were all comfortable. We loved having a tv in all of the bedrooms. The AC works EXCELLENT and the ceiling fans helped circulate the air. The neighborhood is very safe and the house is literally within 5 minutes of multiple grocery stores, Costco, HomeGoods, Dollar Tree, restaurants, literally everything you might need! Plus there is a great walking path close by that runs near a golf course. All in all, I would highly recommend Darcy’s place !

Holiday vacation

We had a great stay for the holiday! The beds were comfortable and the home was great for our fur baby. The communication with the host was excellent. Answered all questions timely and the check in/out process was easy. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Az.

Great house!

The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! We enjoyed the backyard, sitting outside with our morning coffee. The location is excellent- close to stores and restaurants. We took advantage of the quiet streets to walk around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nicely furnished, a little dated.

Very nice accommodation and a good location. Price a little high but that may be because it’s Phoenix and pets allowed. Upgrading some of the furniture would make it even better.
