Rio Verde Experience

Darlene's Home was extremely comfortable and perfectly located! We felt like we had the best of all worlds. Wonderful neighbors, peaceful and private. All the amenities were a short walk away, and the golf course was right out our back door. Great experience, would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome!

Location was perfect for us with close access to hiking. Very very clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable and great view off back patio. Nicely decorated. Owner easy to work with and neighbors were friendly. Everything we were looking for and great amenities with the restaurant, pool, and workout facilities so close. Want to rent again!

Lovely & Location!

The perfect location close to community center, pool, fitness center, and across the street from the new coffee shop - you can't do any better. The home has everything you could possibly need, plus a wonderful patio and view in a quiet and relaxing location. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Rio Verde

The townhouse was lovely and peaceful with a beautiful golf course view. We enjoyed visiting the pool and meeting many friendly residents. Darlene, the host, was extremely helpful and pleasant. She gave us lots of great suggestions and information on restaurants and activities nearby. I would definitely rent this property again.

FABULOUS!

Everything about Darlene's place was PERFECT for my husband and I! We enjoyed everything about her beautiful home in Rio Verde! When we arrived we found the place immaculately clean- top to bottom. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with all of the dishes, utensils and appliances one would ever need. We enjoyed using the gas grill on the pretty outdoor patio where we ate meals, watched the birds and felt the sunshine-RIGHT ON the golf course!! Watch out for flying golf balls ;) ! The location of her place couldn't have been more convenient as we could walk just a few minutes to the pool, community/fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, post office and the lovely General Store. If we had any questions, Darlene was just a quick text away and was always very responsive. We would surely rent this property again! Loved it!

Spring baseball

Quiet, away from city noise and hassles. Close to trails, sunsets, great place for bbq and meals on your own. Very comfortable. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Feels like home

This townhouse is fully equipped with everything you might need for a long term comfortable stay. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The manager/owner is responsive to any question or concerns. The location is very convenient to walk to the community center and country golf club restaurants. Nice golf course view and nice neighbors. It's a winner!

10 days in wonderful Rio Verde

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Darlene's home in Rio Verde. It was beautiful and clean, sitting right along the fairway of hole #1. We were able to ride our mountain bikes easily onto the trails of McDowell park and then afterwards walk to the pool. We picked fresh lemons from her tree and watched beautiful sunsets. We also played golf at several public courses in nearby Fountain Hills. This was our first visit to Arizona and Darlene's hospitality made the trip so comfortable and seamless. She provided us with lots of useful information and made herself available to any needs that might arise. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation.

Very enjoyable two month stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in this beautifully decorated townhouse that is extremely well stocked and that has very comfortable furniture, and a lovely patio with an easy to use gas grill. We also thoroughly enjoyed the amenities available through the Rio Verde HOA, especially pickleball, dance and exercise classes, and swimming. Finally, we found the Rio Verde community very welcoming and Darlene to be extremely responsive. We are likely to stay there again. Tom

Quiet and comfortable

Clean and had everything needed for our 7 day stay. Will recommend to others who would like to stay in that area of Scottsdale. We didn’t have time to use the facilities such as the pool or fitness center available or the golf course. There is also a church just down the street. A secure place for those over 50. Nice patio to enjoy the birds and sunsets.

Well stocked villa!

Nice location near golf club and community pool. Backs up to golf course. Generous supplies. Nice bathrooms! Suggest fewer Knick knacks and carpet removal in bedrooms.

Haven for Older Couple

We stayed for two months and found this place perfect for our needs and limitations. It was well decorated with SW pictures and pottery, etc. which I would not recommend for active children. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and convenient. What can I say.....it was great! Thank you, Darlene!

Relaxing in Rio Verde

Great location if you want to be in a quiet spot east of Scottsdale. Owner was very responsive and caring. When there was an issue with the tv she had a new one delivered and installed in a day! Plus gave us a generous credit which was not really necessary but appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need and there is a relaxing patio overlooking the golf fairway.

The house is very nice, clean, well stocked and a fantastic setting and peace full over looking the first fairway. The only recommendation I have is. A more detailed description of the location and the closest shopping for food and restaurants.

Fabulous stay in Rio Verde

My wife and I fell in love with this house and the Rio Verde area. The house is located on the fairway of hole #1 and is within walking distance of the restaurant, pool, and fitness center. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. There are also numerous hiking and biking trails very close by. The house is very well equipped and has everything you may need for an extended stay. Comfortable bedding, sheets, pillows, etc. Very friendly community. Can't say enough about this gem.

Wonderful Rio Verde property and fabulous Mountain View

We were lucky enough to find this property as our parents live in Tonto Verde and it is very hard to find rentals in AZ in January. Darlene was a wonderful owner and made everything from the booking process, to the check-in process and then check-out so easy and smooth. The house was immaculate and it felt just like home with all the kitchen supplies and linens, etc. Coming from a colder climate north, we throughly enjoyed each night on the patio with the amazing and spectacular sunsets! The neighbors were so friendly and the SUPER close access to the pool and community center were perfect for daily swims!! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back and visit again. I can’t recommend this home highly enough! It was perfect for our family of 4 or a great couples escape 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome is very will stocked with everything you could possibly need including basic cooling ingredients, sugar, baking soda, olive oil, etc. beautiful location on the golf course. We would book this propert again.

Perfect little house right on the golf course

Close to community center, restaurant and pro shop. Nice landscape. Beautifully appointed in every room. Kitchen has everything you need, and a grill on the patio. Both bathrooms just remodeled. Highly recommended.
