House was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Owner and manager were very helpful and readily available for any concerns. Views were beautiful and location to stores and restaurants was convenient. Missed having a heated pool, but it warmed enough by the end of our stay to be usable.

Wow. This house/property was amazing. I was there for a girls trip with my sister and we were so happy with our decision to stay here. The house was super clean, the pool area was fantastic - you can't beat the view. The house was really well stocked with everything you could need - lots of towels and kitchen stuff. The check in process was super easy and the property manager responded almost immediately to the one question we had. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Had a great time staying at this house. Only a few minutes to town center in Fountain Hills with multiple great restaurants. About 25-30 minutes to anything in Scottsdale. Very steep driveway, but the car made it up no problem. They let you park in the garage here so that is also a plus.The house being a single story home makes it very nice and accessible for anyone who may not enjoy a bunch of stairs.Pool was very nice. The temperature says it raised to the mid 80's without being heated. Plenty of shade by the pool if needed for your outside pools days also.

Awesome property!

We stayed 3 weeks. The house was perfect and the views were incredible! We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. Upon arrival, everything looked just like the photos and the home is properly maintained. Fountain Hills is a very nice community. Stores and restaurants were easy to get to. I played golf a number of days and was impressed by the quality/uniqueness of the courses. Linda (Property Manager) was very helpful and always available. Eric is a great host.

Beautiful house great stay !

Great house. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Amazing view. Spent every morning drinking coffee by the pool on the patio. Very very clean. Wonderful kitchen with all the little touches. The only issue was the patio stone floor. It was chipping all around the pool and hot tub. It was to the point where we had to wipe our feet every time going into the hot tub and going into the house on a towel. Otherwise our feet would have been covered in the flaking sandstone floor , and it would track everywhere. I did mention to management.

very pleased with the accommodations exactly as described.Our contact for access was very helpful and accommodative steep drive was a bit of an issue and the patio furniture could have been more comfortable however those are minor.compared to the overall quality and comfort of the property

House on the Hill with Great Views!

Stayed Oct 2024 - Enjoyed morning hikes and afternoons in the pool/spa. Steep driveway affords magnificent views of the mountains and fountain. Comfortable spaces and beds, with large bathrooms, laundry room and fully stocked kitchen. Spent a few nights stargazing on the rooftop deck. We had friends visit during out stay. It was equally pleasant with 6 guests as it was for us 2. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Wow!!! The house is gorgeous, the views amazing and the swimming pool just perfect. The house is very comfortably furnished, with modern appliances and well stocked with everything you could need, The area is very quiet and safe, and convenient to groceries etc All communication, was quick and checkin simple. House was perfect. Master bedroom and bathroom is extraordinary. Nice separation from other bedrooms if you have guests or kids! We used the spa daily - an incredible view from the pool deck. Like really incredible. The driveway is certainly interesting - incredibly steep - but no mobility issues in our party so it was just fine.

This is a beautiful home is Fountain Hills. We have stayed here two years in a row. The beds are great, the views are great and the location is great! We love it because it is close to hiking and mnt biking. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

We love the location here. The setup of the house with the pool and hot tub right out the door with a beautiful view- you can’t beat it! It was very clean and communication was easy. They had plenty of the things we needed to cook meals, too. The pool and hot tub were plenty hot due to the summer heat!

The house is exactly as described. It is newly refurbished, very clean and new. The views are incredible. It was very private, but close to everything. We were very happy and plan to return.
