As described

Property was clean and spacious. Everything our family needed. Fancy appliances did nothing for us as it took us longer to figure out how to use them than it did to actually use them. Same is true of the numerous coffee options. Foodie or chef would be delighted, but way too much for the average traveler. As others have stated, the pool heater option should just be skipped. Never did heat up for us and refund was offered. Location is great. Backyard is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Girls 50th Birthday Trip

The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is nice & super safe. Communication with everyone was easy & quick responses. The only negative i have is the pool. We showed up & the pool was green. I questioned its condition & was told its normal for AZ pools. Then the pool attenedee showed up & said complete opposite. She shocked the pool & added chlorine tablets, & the next day we saw a BIG difference. Plus, I paid extra to have it heated...it was not. The weather was beautiful, in the 90s. The pool temp was cold! I'm thinking maybe high 60s. Future renters - don't waste money on heating the pool. Other than that, it was a fantastic rental & I would definitely come back, even knowing what I know.

Delightful Home

My family of 5, with a 12, 17, and 18 year old found this home to be comfortable and entertaining. The outdoor space allowed for general relaxing and swimming all at once. Inside we had everything from home, then some. Higher end appliances and updated space/furniture added to our vacation to AZ.

Fantastic Home!

Located in a peaceful neighborhood of Scottsdale, with easy access to all the areas attractions, this is a great place to spend a vacation. Spacious and clean with all the amenities. Perfect for families. Awesome outdoor space with pool, a great patio with plenty of furniture, gas grill, refrigerator, and fire table. The house has a large open floor plan and is fully stocked with everything you’d need including an all-new Bosch kitchen. All around great stay. I would recommend this home and would certainly rent it again.

Great Location

This house was everything that we had envisioned for our getaway trip with a couple friends. The backyard is so amazing. Besides a couple hiccups with the shower in the master, thee washer and dryer and some septic issues it was perfect. We went in October and opted out of heating the pool - the backyard is full sun so it was refreshing. I would agree with other reviews that the patio furniture could use some updates as it is getting worn but the little fire table was perfect on chilly nights. The location was very close to the area that we frequented daily and close to the golf courses that were played. The house is in a very quiet area which is also nice. Overall good stay.

Beautiful home, Better location

Loved staying in this clean and modern Scottsdale pool home. My friends and I were there for a bachelor party and enjoyed the centrally located house which made it easy for us to do all the things in downtown Scottsdale, no matter the time of day. Would recommend for groups of 6-8. Management took care of an issue we had within hours. Great communication.

Labor Dat Weekend

We wanted a house to gather with our adults kids and grandchild for a long holiday weekend. This house was great. Plenty of space in the house ..nice bedrooms ..great family room..kitchen…games and the pool! Loved Scottsdale. The property manager was very easy to work with and communication was great. The outside area could use some shade and some outside furniture needs refresh but overall it was a great place to stay.

Great for girls weekend

The backyard is perfect for a girls getaway. The pool is beautiful and the property is clean and decorated beautifully. There is a bit of natural wear and tear (to be expected with a short term rental) we just took photos upon arrival due to the large required security deposit. property management company is easy to contact and responds quickly even via text if you have questions. Overall great experience.

I wouldn’t classify this home as luxury

The home was physically very clean. Upon arrival.The home however did have a strange cat litter odor. We contacted the property and they brought over some odor absorbency containers that helped, but the odor was still there our entire stay. The back sliding door was broken so we could only use one side, which was tricky with kids. The master bedroom bedframe didn’t seem to be put together properly as it was very unstable. The master bath showerhead had quite a bit of calcium buildup. The pool wasn’t clean and the cleaning crew for the pool was one day late. We also found a cockroach in the basement space as well as several crickets. The home isn’t a great location and had enough space for our family. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the games provided downstairs with all of the little issues I just wouldn’t classify this home as luxury.

Great space for a girls trip!

The house was perfect for a bachelorette weekend. We wanted a chill space with a pool to spend a lot of time at the house but be close to the nightlife and downtown when necessary and this provided that. Everyone was super fast and responsive at Casago & we really enjoyed our time. The only thing I wish we could have done was lower the thermostat but totally understood the rules behind it.

Amazing Stay

I highly recommend this property. The house was spotless clean. Kitchen was totally equipped. Swimming pool was clean and warm at our arrival. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Dealing with the property management company was so easy. My security deposit was returned to my account in a timely manner. Definitely a place worth going back.

Very nice house

The house is modern and clean with a very nice game room. The management was quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 8 of us and the house fit us all perfectly. My young adult kids as well as my young preteen all enjoyed the game room very much. The master bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion (not a complaint at all) would be to please leave a few more trash bags when there is a large family or group staying in the house for multiple days.

Great spot in Scottsdale

We had an amazing stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood that is a quick drive away from Old Town, Camelback, golf courses, etc. The interior is beautiful with new appliances, comfortable couches/beds, and was very clean and fully furnished. The outdoor pool space is incredible - the pictures don’t do it justice. We’ll be staying here again when we come back to Scottsdale.
