Thanksgiving Stay

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Property was well maintained and quiet. The area has everything close by to make getting to and from very easy. We have stayed at this complex before and did disappoint. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, nice main pool

This is a great little property. Steps are a bit, but now problem for us. Biggest plus is this properties main pool and its location. The pool nearest to the condo was not accessible for our entire stay- This was actually very disappointing as I like to just read by the pool. Hosts were great to deal with, but no compensation given for the pool that was not able to be used. The main pool was a 0.22 mile walk- just making it difficult to run back to the condo. We would stay here again.

Perfect for the kids!

This is a beautiful gated community and met all our traveling needs. The property was well kept and the pool maintainer was out every day cleaning and checking the equipment. Our second floor balcony had a beautiful view of the grounds and the pool. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for our stay. There were board games available for indoor entertainment as well. Definitely recommend this property for those traveling with kids and family.

Condo Living

Location good with nice view of pool and green space from balcony. Communication with host easy with quick responses. Well stocked with toiletries and other supplies. Comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms with great showers. Appreciated covered parking during hot weather. All appliances worked well with no issues with any mechanics. The only disappointment was the decor was dated. Everything could use a refresh and the vents may need cleaning. I started sneezing every time the fan kicked on. We stayed several weeks and were very comfortable in our home away from home.

Perfect place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is close to freeway on/off-ramp close to everything. Owners are great & very accommodating. Quiet & friendly neighborhood, I would highly recommend staying here.

Close to everything in PHX area. We hiked, swam, lots of good restaurants and shopping. Boat cruze at Lake Havasu. Close to both airports. We will be back.

Excellent location for hiking

Nice laid back community and clean pools. Condo had everything we needed and extra supplies was very accommodating. The ice chest and ice blocks were very nice to be able to pack a lunch. We gave 4stars for check in because we also had problems with getting into the condo at 4 pm with the code as other people have mentioned. Called all numbers I could find and left a message but no one got back to us till 11:30 pm. But were able to get in with constant trying code for 1/2 hr to 45 min. Overall it was a great place to stay and would return. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Perfect for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and very comfortable! Plenty of towels and everything needed for cooking and using the pool. The area is very clean and safe with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Management replied very quickly with any questions I had and were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place! Very happy with our stay.

A great condo! Checkin was a little Bumpy with no early check in code provided. There should be a phone number to contact someone directly if there are problems at check in. We were relying on email on a saturday check in (main office number not answered - as outside of business hours) we werent sure if we’d get a response though in the end Lindsay was very responsive (and refunded our early check in fee) The condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable. Location was great for our needs. Would recommend to anyone.
