I dont even know where to start! This place is fantastic. It was just the two of us for this anniversary trip, however, we were thinking of how well suited this property is for groups/families to spend time together. Just read the guestbook- it twlls a great journey for many. The backyard/pool is as prestine as the photos look. Its in a quiet neighbohood with other sprawling properties. Lots of room between neighbors. About 30ish mintutes from the airport and 40ish to downtown Scottsdale. Its near a Target, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes- the trifecta of shopping Needs. The Albertsons near by is clean and well kept and great everyday needs. Love how this house is split inside: master and en suite bath, private sliding glass doors out, two bedrooms and a hall bath, then community living space all in the middle, and on the 2nd wing- two more bedrooms, hall bath and laundry room. You can even close off the second wing for aleeping kids to have a buffer from sound. The Edison bulbs glimmer soft and reflect pretty off the pool. The pool can be heated if request for propane. Worth it! The hosts are kind a quick to respond. Check out the rest of the backyard for surprises! Looking to come back again!

This place was perfect for what we needed! Lots of space for our volleyball team. It was very clean and in a great neighborhood and location. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend for sure!

The backyard is amazing. The house is quite spacious and comfortable. The only negative is the neighborhood seems quite noisy. Two nights there were parties next door and during the day there were loud engines at various times.

We absolutely loved everything about this home! It was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were just right, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were amazing. The pool was definitely the highlight we enjoyed it both during the day and in the evenings.Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the property was simple to find. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and we loved the Alexa feature it made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We also appreciated how the layout of the home gave us enough space to enjoy privacy when needed. The backyard was such a peaceful place to relax and watch the beautiful Arizona sunsets.Overall, this home was wonderful in every way, and we’d love to stay here again!

Excellent Stay and Excellent Hosts

Randi and Amanda's home was great for our family visiting for a graduation! There was ample space and the home accommodated our elderly grandparents and even our 2 yr old son! The hosts were responsive to our messages even before the stay. We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. If we ever return to Glendale, we will be sure to book this home again!

Great place

Kitchen well equipped. Great for family and entertaining. Conveniently located for going to the Mariners and Padres spring training camps.Pool was enjoyed by all as was the putting green. Nice variety of games were available. Two comments I must make are we were charged way to much to heat the pool and one bed was need in need of repair. It was unusable

Backyard oasis

We stayed at this gorgeous property with 11 family members, ages 8-75. The house was clean, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, and the location was convenient to the Peoria Sports Complex. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful backyard, the pool and yard games kept the kids entertained all weekend. Excellent and prompt communication with the host. Would stay here again if we are back in the area!

Great family place to stay!

We stayed here for a family wedding in town. We had three different families including 6 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween, and 1 child. It was so nice that we all had our own rooms, large kitchen/living room, and the pool was amazing! We ejoyed lots of time outside. The hosts were amazing and so easy to work with; very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this house to any large group coming to the Glendale Area.

We stayed with our family in this beautiful house during our daughters ASU Sun Devil drop off. Randy was very helpful and accommodating in all questions asked and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better extended weekend. We will have a lot of memories for years to come.

Perfect home for a family group

We stayed in July, with three generations, and found this home to be ideal. With the divided bedroom wings, plenty of indoor space, and a peaceful location, we were able to stay comfortable despite the outdoor temperatures. We cooked most meals and found everything needed in the kitchen, and noticed a few of the condiments and spices. Grocery stores are nearby. All the TVs and WiFi gave us options for indoor time. Our questions as we arrived were answered almost immediately by the host, and that was very much appreciated. This is a wonderful home for a family - the backyard area feels private and the neighborhood is lovely. The pool is a great size and well-maintained. I would try to stay there again if I was with a group.

4th of July Shindig

Just a few friends getting together to grill and hang out on Independence Day. The house and backyard were even better than they looked online. Everything was clean and the property had everything we needed. Only two things could have made our stay better: staying another night and the pool being cooler. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Intimate Wedding

We cannot thank you enough for being so accomidating and letting myself and my fiance come to view the property (more than once) before hand while we were planning our micro wedding. You responded to all of my random questions and reassured me without even trying. Wedding planning is stressful, even if it's family only but you both made it much easier for us. The home itself is beautifully decorated and provides all the amenities you could need. The grounds are beautiful and made for such an amazing wedding. We may not have met in person but you were both such a special part of our big day, thank you.

A wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. House worked perfectly for us. Wheelchair accessible; split bedroom design. Backyard is large and beautiful. More directions for tv use would be helpful, as well as for kitchen faucet and light switches. Minor things. Pool net needs to be replaced. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home. We hope to return next year!

Great property for family and dog stay

This home is located on a spacious property in North Glendale. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, and a beautiful pool in a secluded back yard. We had our fourleggeds with us and they appreciated the waterbowls and dog door. Alexa enabled lights and Echo provided info were really helpful as well. We liked that there was a door that could be closed to help two bedrooms be quiet, until we accidentally locked the door without anyone to open it. Fortunately the owner responded quickly ( even though it was near midnight) and our family member did not have to spend the night on the couch. Overall, it was a great home away from home.
