Beautiful condo

This 2nd floor condo in a beautiful gated community has most of the amenities we needed including pools and workout facility. It was conveniently located for the areas we wanted to visit. Our host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Hope this property is available the next time we visit the area.

Wonderfully appointed apartment

The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. They were also accommodating to some requests we had. The unit was one of the best stocked VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in which was nice. The only downside is that the numbers above the parking spots are very hard to read at night because of the bright lights - but we figured it out! Also, there’s no elevator to the unit and its on the second floor which we didn’t realize and it made having an infant/luggage slightly more difficult. I plan to stay here again!

great place for a quick golf vacation

Great central location, many restaurants nearby, short ride to golf and old town. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The complex has a nice pool and gym. Would definitely return.

Great Location and Property

Condo was close to everything, restaurants, attractions, golf etc. We enjoyed the quiet pool everyday and condo had everything we needed. Kitchen, bathrooms were updated too. Owner responded to our questions in a timely manner.

North Scottsdale Condo

The property met our expectations for exploring the area: hiking, restaurants, historical sites and shopping. We loved that the kitchen had a variety of dishes, cooking utensils and spices. The condo was very well stocked with cleaning, laundry and bathroom supplies.

Don’t be Fooled; Definitely NOT a “Luxury” Property

My wife, six-year-old child, and I made the mistake of booking this property for nine nights at Christmas time. It was winter and the heater in the unit did not work, the carpets in the bedrooms and the rug in the living room were filthy, the couch smelled like a dog bed, and the electronic lock on the door was unreliable. The combination of these poor conditions is unacceptable in any VRBO rental, especially one advertised as a “luxury” condo. When I notified the owner that the heater did not work, instead of taking prompt action to remedy the problem, she asked us to change our vacation plans and block off a three-hour window to meet a HVAC technician at the unit three days after we arrived. From a customer service perspective, our view is that the owner should have met a technician at the condo one day after we checked in. The owner claimed that the unit’s broken heater was an “unforeseen situation,” even though two portable electric space heaters were already in the condo when we checked in. It is difficult to believe that the owner did not know that the unit’s heater was broken, otherwise she almost certainly would not have placed the space heaters in the condo before we arrived. Separately, my wife and I were concerned that the space heaters were dangerous. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, portable heaters contribute to an estimated 25,000 fires every year. Portable electric space heaters are blamed for two of every five deaths in space heater-related fires. Despite these very real dangers, the owner had two space heaters in the unit instead of a properly functioning HVAC heating system (the owner claimed that the unit had a working heater in the amenities section of the VRBO advertisement). Since the problems with the unit had such a negative impact on our stay, and because we did not get fair value for what we paid, we asked the owner to refund 20 percent of the rental fee. The owner not only flatly refused to give us a partial refund, but also accused my wife and I of being dishonest about the broken heater. Incredible. Then, in a dizzying about face, the owner asked for “a five star positive review” and wrote, “we hope you consider giving us another shot and staying with us again.” Truly incredible. I would not recommend this rental to anyone who values safety, cleanliness, customer service, and value for money.

Clean, great location!

Stayed here in October. Had a wonderful time. Clean and great location. Nice quiet complex. Parking took a little to figure out but owner explained it well. Two nice size bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Thank you!

Wonderful unit.

Wonderful unit. Close to Mayo Clinic. Unit very well supplied with essentials and spare products. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Excellent communication with management. Quiet. Nice pools and exercise room.

Beautiful Condo, Centrally Located to Just About Everything

The condo is gorgeous, the pictures posted accurately depict the space. I stayed nine days and the only thing worth mentioning is the water pressure and clogging in the bathrooms. Also the fuse kept blowing when using the remote in the guest bedroom. All easy fixes and nothing that should deter you from staying there. Chelsea accepted all the feedback and promises to attend to those things mentioned. I would absolutely stay there again. My son with be at GCU for the next four years, so I plan to rent again when I come to visit.

Clean, comfortable, safe and reasonably priced

We booked this stay last minute as we were visiting my wife’s dying brother. We were happy that it was clean, well stocked and safely located in a gated community . The property is everything that is advertised. Property manager,Chelsea, was responsive and understanding in meeting our needs -as we had to extend our visit an additional 4 days. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean and Easily accessible

Everything was in place prior to our arrival. Easy to access and very clean. It was to have a place to come home that was quiet and no issues at all. Communication with the owner was very helpful and always on point with our needs. We will stay again if we come back for another tournament.

Excellent location in North Scottsdale

The place was close to everything we wanted to do in Scottsdale. The unit is right beside the pool entrance, which my daughter enjoyed. It’s very clean and master bedroom bed is the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Total bonus.

Great location and lovely condo!

Very easy check in, however arrived 20 minutes early and couldn’t get in until exactly after 3. Great large screen TVs in every room. Master bed was SO comfortable. Master shower clogged up and used the Drano that was under the sink. Didn’t help so we tried the plunger and that did the trick. Guest bed not a posterpedic but still nice. Lots of amenities. Had a lot of open, half empty bottles of shampoos, body washes, hand soaps, etc... Kitchen had just about everything you’d need. Very quiet area.
