Nice house and amenities

My wife and I stayed during a 2 week work trip. There are several options in the area, but I chose this one for the swimming pool and space. We like to cookout and get some sun after work and on the weekend, so this fit our needs. The house has plenty of space with all bedrooms upstairs. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of kitchen gadgets for those who want to cook. We appreciated the large screen TVs in all rooms.

5 fantastic nights

Wife and I along with another couple spent 5 nights in this perfect home base for our quick trip.House is quite large. All rooms are a nice size. We stayed in the master which was very nice. Comfortable King size bed with beautiful en-suite and walk in closet. The next largest room is a little smaller, with equally beautiful furnishings.We enjoyed the outdoor patio area as well. Pool and hot tub along with lots of seating. House was clean with high end furnishings and well appointed. It's on a quiet residential street.This home should be on everyones short list. Do not hesitate. For what it's worth, I also found that it was great value.

Nice large home in quiet neighborhood

This is a spacious and comfortably furnished home, with nice amenities. The backyard is nicely done too. The house is conveniently located near Glendale and Peoria destinations, such as spring training facilities. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Pool And Relaxing Surroundings

This home was beautiful and clean. It was exactly as show in the pictures. Conveniently located for shopping, restaurants and hiking. We enjoyed the morning sun off the patio. The pool was very pristine and the hot tub was relaxing. Nice barbecue. Very Comfortable beds. Hosts were very accommodating.

Great customer service!

A+ customer service. Received key code day before we travelled. Owner checked in on us and when we reached out about propane tanks being empty, he had them refilled within two hours and ready for us to use the next day as planned! My husband and I really appreciated Bobby’s responsiveness. House is as pictured. Kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning. Plenty of seating to gather as a family and also room for alone time. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in away from home! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice sitting outside in the morning and listening to the birds and watching the hummingbirds go from flower to flower. Quiet neighborhood and close to supermarket, restaurants, and highway. Overall a great stay! Thank you for having us!

Great Get Away

We were very happy with our stay at this property! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The back yard was fantastic and the hot tub was a great addition, especially with the cooler weather. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and the outdoor dining and cooking areas were great. The location was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and only 25 minutes from the airport. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Thanks Bobby!

Enjoyable stay

House met our needs well. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Backyard outdoor space is private and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, and within 5-10 minutes to some good restaurants. For us, it was typically a 30+ minute drive to downtown Phoenix. Host very responsive. The pool is not heated, so we did not use. The hot tub took over 12 hours to heat up, but then kept the temperature throughout our visit. Note that the host requires either buying a property damage policy, or providing a significant security deposit. So, factor that into the overall price. We suggest reviewing the detailed list of “house rules” carefully, to avoid inadvertently breaking them.

Beautiful home, great location

This is a really beautiful property really well maintained in a really nice area. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Phoenix Glendale area. The homeowner was really great to work with he made you feel like you were right at home. We will definitely be going back and we will be staying at this property again if available.

Review of Brandywine Estates Property

We rented this house for our family of four adults. Everything about the property was clean and well maintained. All of the amenities were in excellent condition and very nice for a rental. The pool and the yard were extremely nice. The outdoor cooking equipment was top of the line. There is a mister system that makes gathering around the pool nice for even those that aren’t going to swim. The owner was easy to communicate with and always responded to questions quickly. He was very easy to work with. I will be recommending this property to my relatives that visit in this area and have need of this type of property and will definitely rent it again myself if my family returns soon.

Beautiful home

Very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen

We were very impressed with the well stocked kitchen. Much more so than other VRBO's that we have rented. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. The home location was convenient to many activities that we enjoyed in the area: pickleball, golf, baseball game, hiking, horseback riding and many restaurant options.

Close to ASU- West

We rented this property while we were moving in my daughter to ASU-West from Wisconsin. It was very close to campus and very convenient to go back and forth. The house had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable, from great beds to an amazing outdoor pool area. We will be staying there again!

A MUST STAY HOME

Where do I begin? The house is absolutely gorgeous. Well appointed kitchen, great for cooking and literally has everything you need. The house was spotless and decorated elegantly and felt like home. The beds were comfortable and my son loved his butterfly bed. There were plenty of fans for increased airflow in the home in addition to the air conditioning. 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with an abundance of blankets and towels. Televisions in every room, we don't watch tv much but its a nice feature for tv watchers and not one we find often in VRBOS. On to the outside! If you're not convinced already, the outside should seal the deal. Its a dreamy paradise. We lived outside. It's flawless. Real grass, misters, sitting areas, rocking lounge, gorgeous pool, bbqs, absolutely everything you need. This home has it all. In closing, the owner is the highlight of the home for us. Absolutely the best owner I've worked with and we travel a lot. This owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our family. Left out brand new blow up toys, an amazing blow up pool for my 2 year old who cant swim yet, gave them a game they loved playing while here, left us snacks and popsicles, checked in on us multiple times, and was extremely gracious when my husband broke something. I cannot thank them enough for making this trip one for the books. We will definitely be back.

Awesome home away from home

A beautiful house with all the amenities to have a wonderful vacation. Although it was very hot, the pool provided a wonderful place to get out of the heat and enjoy our stay.
