Paradise!

This was our 4th stay at this home and always love it! Perfect location near the Kierland mall with many great restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need, comfortable beds, bikes in the garage, and beautiful outdoor space. The weather during our stay was too cool to use the pool but lots of comfortable seating to enjoy the back yard. This home is always very clean as well. The owners, Charlotte and Randy, are so easy to communicate with and ready to answer any question. We are already booked for our next stay and can’t wait to go back!

My favorite home in Phoenix

This property is absolutely amazing. The location is wonderful, the pool is huge and warm, the backyard patio is perfect and sun facing. The inside was very nice, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Everything is stocked and if you forgot something it's probably available in the pantry or closet. I loved that the patio furniture was quality, and everything was great. Getting to check in at 9 am was wonderful too. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will stay here every time in the future.

Best pool

The pool was a great place to relax and stay cool while the temperatures were high while we were there. The house is well stocked and in the best neighbourhood. Charlotte as a host is great to deal with. Very happy with our second stay at this place. Hopefully will be back yet again. The Parry’s.

Always sad we have to leave

Someone once said on TV: "Why do people go on vacation, to vacation homes that don't offer even 1/3 of the standard we're used to have at home, and pay a lot of money for it?" Don't worry!! You can do better!! This vacation home is far from the above statement: here you truly find a home, away from home! There's a reason why we come back again and again and again.

Attentive owners.

The owners were extremely quick to respond to our questions. They provided a lot of information in a binder that was quite useful. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was very close to shopping and restaurants. The furniture in the living room was a little uncomfortable - the couch cushions need to be restuffed.

5 Star is an Understatement

I had such a wonderful time on New Year staying at this beautiful Scottsdale VRBO. Charlotte is such an incredible and kind person and the home worked out so perfectly for our stay. It is right near the heart of Scottsdale, and was a perfect base for us for the Fiesta Bowl. The home is nice inside and out. It is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood near a large park. We ran and biked from the home, as suggested by the guidebook that is provided for guests. Make sure you check out the guidebook when you check in, it's chock full of great insights. Thank you Charlotte and Dr. Randy, I will recommend your properties to anyone I know looking to have some fun in the sun!

Delightful sojourn

We were in town for a wedding, and I feel very fortunate that we found this home. The home was comfortable and well appointed; the kitchen had everything I needed. The outdoor seating area was particularly comfortable, and the pool was truly lovely. The location was great; well situated to hiking on the McDowell Sonoran trail. Next time I’ll stay longer!

Love this house!

This was my 4th stay at this house in Scottsdale. The house is fully equipped and so comfortable. The yard, pool and hammock are great. The home is perfectly situated near Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Commons - tons of great shops, restaurants & events to enjoy for all ages. The owners of this property are the best of the best. Great Family Home

We loved our stay at this Kierland area home. The home is nice, well equipped and very comfortable. However, the backyard and pool area really stole the show. We spent most of our time out back enjoying the beautiful weather on the covered porch or in the pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to friends and family.

Great Spot!

Had a great stay at this property. We were two families of three and the boys loved the pool. Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants of Kierland Common and the Quarter. Great communication with owners.
