1.Schlage keypad at the entry was out of order. Doorbell doesn’t work.2.Condition of unit-very poor. Needs painting and upgrades. Carpet on stairs is filthy and most of the walls need to be painted. No garbage disposal. Sink drain in kitchen has odor.3.Furniture in master BR is worn with stain worn off.4.Towels, sheets and bedspreads provided were stained, dirty and worn. 5.Outdoor deck floor is crumbling and therefore unusable on one half of the space. Cushions on deck furniture were all torn. 6.View from patio is of pickleball courts. 7.Original office chair was falling apart with fake coating peeling and partially taped with duct tape. This was replaced during our visit at our request.8.No internet for 5 days during first week. 9.Unit is for sale, so we were contacted intermittently for real estate showings. This should have been disclosed prior to our stay.10.Dishes and silverware were mismatched items, except for 6 dinner plates. 11.Garbage cans in garage wreak of malodor from crusted spilled garbage. These were replaced at our request during the 5th of the 7 weeks of our stay. Nicole from the C&L agency was very helpful and corrected some things during our stay. Most of the issues that we had to spend time dealing with during our stay should have been dealt with prior to our arrival.
