If you are coming to Arizona for peace, quiet and a beautiful landscape this house is for you. The neighborhood is blissfully quiet. Backing up to the South Mountain Preserve you have your own desert garden right behind the yard. You can sit by the beautiful pool and listen to the birds and watch the gorgeous hills. You can access multiple walking trails right down the street. The house itself is cozy and welcoming. It is beautifully decorated with Japanese art. The furniture and beds are comfy. There is plenty of closet space and dresser space. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook at home. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are nearby. The place was sparkling clean upon arrival. The management company was very responsive to any of our questions. Cannot recommend this property enough!!!!

The location was great - less than a mile to highways and everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, etc) The property was well kept and the property owner/manager was very responsive both before and during the trip.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here in Phoenix! Beds were comfortable, house was clean and well maintained. Pool was great in the evening after the sun warmed the water. We took full advatage of the weather and spent a lot of time in the covered backyard. Watching the bikers and hikers on south mountains in the backyard was a plua too! Great location to so many things and still quiet. Will definitely be staying here when we visit again.

Great location for hiking

Access to South Mountain Park hiking trails is literally out the door at this house. Loved that about it. Very quiet neighborhood but many shopping centers were close by. Mesa Airport was about a half hour drive.The house has a lot of nice perks - hand showers in both bathrooms, bidet in the master bathroom. Dishwasher and washer/dryer worked great. Master bedroom is large but heads up - the shower is all glass so the door to the bedroom has to be closed for any privacy. We had some drains that didn't drain quickly but the manager responded right away, on Superbowl Sunday! The men who responded were pleasant and very helpful. The backyard with pool is lovely. Didn't end up using the fire pit but had planned to. Had friends over to sit at the outdoor dining table, which was very pleasant. Possible concerns: Kitchen/dining area echoes and is very loud due to hard floors, granite countertop, and glass dining table. Oddly, the few cooking supplies (spices, oil, coffee) were located in the entry area instead of in the kitchen. There are a LOT of dishes. A make-up desk in the master bedroom and a small desk in the living area were adequate for remote work. The garage was very short. Our rented minivan barely fit inside. We ended up driving it in at an angle, and that worked better. Highly recommend this house.

Good clean house

Everything was as advertised, very clean and well maintained. The beds are on the harder side so if you like that it’s great! If not, you’ll struggle a bit. Over all, will stay here again, and highly recommend.

Great location

Access to the trail system for hiking made this a great choice for accommodations. The only negative was an unheated pool which was unusable.

Had to come from western NY to help an elderly aunt get her affairs in order and decided to get a house … so happy we did it was amazing and the view and mountains were spectacular… went hiking everyday … we will be back❤️

Excellent property!

The beds were super comfortable. The house is clean and well maintained. Location is perfectly situated right off of the hiking/biking trails. Patio is lovely. Pool is outstanding! Nice appliances. The ice maker wasn’t working and that is the only con. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful Retreat!

This is a beautiful property nestled right up against the hills with a trail entrance right outside of the property which was amazing. We had an issue and they responded immediately and resolved within a few hours. Very responsive. My only call out would be the mattress in the master was super hard. Other than that it was the perfect Vrbo for my husband and I! Loved it.

Great house, great location

This was the perfect house for our weekend visiting family. We enjoyed the pool and the house. We especially enjoyed exploring the desert wilderness that is right “next door.” We even saw coyotes, rabbits, and javelinas, all from the comfort of the back patio. We would stay here again.

Desert Oasis

Very nice property, inside and out. Beautiful backyard. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants, gas stations grocery store etc. EXTREMELY comfortable bed in master. Management very responsive when communication was needed.
