Host was great! Communication was quick. The house was perfect for us and all our friends. Very spacious, clean lots of extras for us to use in the kitchen. We had a blast and would come back for sure.

This was the perfect place for our family 9 adults, 3 teens down to 3 and 3 almost 1 year olds to stay. It was so spacious and beautifully laid out! The kitchen/dining area was the hub. The big tv area kept the sports enthusiasts happy and the smaller tv living area kept everyone else cozy and happy. The backyard had all the fun an entertainment with pool, jacuzzi and pickleball court as well as lovely fire place, outdoor kitchenand plenty of tables and seating for everyone. We could be as close together or far apart as we wanted and everyone left happy and with great memories!! I must say, there was also all the pots, pans and kitchen supplies that we would ever need!

Our group of nine senior friends had a great stay for New Year’s at the cholla house. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us easily. we enjoyed the hot tub, but had difficulty programming the functions. The property manager was super helpful and patient in taking care of the problem for us. The location is good, close to shopping and golf. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here! Massive backyard, we grilled, swam, played pickleball and had plenty of room for everyone who stayed plus a few more people who visited during the day. Gorgeous view, games and noodles for the pool, chairs galore and so many comfy beds to sleep in. All the utilities for cooking in the massive kitchen and big tvs for watching the games all weekend long with a fun decor. Site manager was available for communication with any questions we had at any time. Highly recommend this VRBO. It was a weekend we will never forget

We were visiting Arizona to lay a family member to rest. Sad occasion, but this home helped lift spirits. It's a beautiful home and spacious enough to have loved ones together in time of need. The pickle ball and pool helped as well.Management was quick to respond and helpful with all questions that popped up.There is ample parking space, it's quiet in the evenings, close to stores and restaurants!I don't what else I can say, only that we truly appreciated this home!

Can't say enough good things about the people, property and process! These were the best communicators. Everything was clearly laid out, easy to use or find and just terrific. The property itself was incredible. We have a large family and were in town to visit with family. It easily accommodated us and was so comfortable with multiple sitting areas, beautiful yard, numerous fridges and washing machines. It really was perfect for our needs. Location was so convenient for us as well. I can't say enough good things about this experience, just that I hope we have the opportunity to be back and stay here again so soon. Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us!

Memorable times at the Cholla house

Our stay at the Cholla house in Scottsdale was great. One of the highlights was the private pickleball court, which we took full advantage of. We played countless matches and it was a great way to stay active and have fun at the same time.The putting green was another fun feature. The terrain was interesting but we turned it into our own mini-golf challenge, creating games and trick shots that kept us entertained. The pool and jacuzzi grotto were relaxing and if there were any issues with the temperature or controls someone was available to guide us. Inside, the house was just as impressive. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The entertainment areas were thoughtfully designed so we could have two sports games on tv at the same time. Whether we were inside or outside, the Cholla House delivered an incredible experience, making our trip truly memorable.

Golf Trip

This was our second time staying at the Cholla house for a guys golf trip and similar to our first stay .. did not disappoint. The house has everything you need to relax after playing a round or two of golf. Everyone slept comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Can’t recommend this property enough for anyone traveling to the desert. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you next year!

Guys Golf Outing

Had a great time at this house. Everything worked as expected, except for the pool and spa heater. Liked the fact that it was stocked with kitchen extras. Didn't have to go out and get condiments or coffee. Really enjoyed the pickleball court.

Perfect for guys weekend

We had a fantastic stay at the Cholla House. Our group had 11 guys and the house fit everyone comfortably. The house is so big we forgot about the "extra room" off the garage which had even more beds/bathrooms/kitchenette. We spent most of the time in the backyard enjoying pickleball, the pool and other games. The house had everything we needed and kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. The house was close to the airport and Old Town - would recommend to anyone visiting the PHX/Scottsdale area.

Pickleball Friends

I found this booking and I was glad to have the larger house WITH a Pickleball court and a pool/hot tub. We had 5 couples and 1 single adult. We had plenty of room/bathrooms. Everything on the website looked great. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was ready for us when we got there. The house and amenities are just older. My husband had to fix several things while we were there. I myself climbed up on tables to replace lightbulbs and fix lights. The bicycles they had there I think 5 of them ALL the tires were flat. We wanted to ride around the neighborhood but couldn’t. We called and they did come and picked up the bikes and fixed them but it took a whole day and half to bring back. The outlets in most of the bedrooms didn’t work as it wouldn’t hold a phone charger in. We were just surprised that the house although fine, we were not impressed. The 3 grills that they have, none were in working condition. We did use one of the outside heaters but it took 3 tries to find a propane unit that worked. There was no loungers by the pool, which would have been nice to have. Like I said everything was FINE, just not wowed by any of it. If it was updated and maintained it would be a great house to rent for the large group. I’m already looking to book a place for next year for the group but not sure this is it.

Perfect low-key bachelor party spot

Has all the fixin’s for golf, activity, keeping cool, space. We had a group of 9 guys playing golf and enjoying the dinner scene. Easy ride into old town or out to TPC. Very smooth weekend!

Could improve on cleanliness of outside areas. Lost two days with hot tub heater not working. Manager was very nice and helpful. She also worked hard getting spa working. Overall, very good and we would use it again.

Great Scottsdale Getaway!

Large house and property made this a perfect space for a bachelor party / golf trip. Enjoy the pool / hot tub post round, or jump on the pickle ball court or putting green if golf isn't for you! Would stay here again next time I visit the area

Great spot for a group family spring break!

We loved everything the house has to offer. The backyard provided everything we needed for a week of fun. We spent lots of time playing pickleball, swimming, hot tubing, and playing bags. The location was close to lots of great hikes, golf, restaurants and stores. The set up was perfect for our group of 5 families - everyone couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own little attached "apartment". Would definitely rent again.

Great backyard, lots of room, as advertised

Had a great weekend at the house. It was really spacious so everyone had their own privacy. The backyard was the highlight and we were able to make the most of the weekend out there. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants, as well as golf courses. The pool heat didn’t work out and there was some confusion/miscommunication during checkout, but overall this was a great place for a weekend trip.

Housed all 15 of us with no problems. Outside Pool, Spa and Pickle Ball court was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and in order. There is definitely some deferred maintenance issues that need attention.
