Fantastic House and location

This property is fantastic for a group of friends or big family. We had 13 women (college friends and our daughters )Tons of space to stretch out. The backyard is huge with lots of things for entertainment- pool, hot tub, chess, bags, basketball and pickleball court, lots of lounge chair's, grill and great views of camelback. 5 of the 7 bedrooms have king size beds. Each room is exactly like the pictures and what was described. The property owner/manager was very communicative from the start with all the info and answering any questions. Our plan is to re-rent next year for our mother/daughter trip

The Perfect Couples Getaway

This house is the perfect set up for a couples or girls trip! It has lots of activities if you want to stay in and relax. You also cannot beat this location, so close to all the restaurants and you can literally walk to Cholla Trail and hike Camelback mountain! Highly recommend.

Perfect Spot for a group

The home was absolutely perfect for a girl’s trip. We had plenty of space to comfortably spread out, relax and sleep. Great location to restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive.

Fantastic location and well-kept property!

This house is a true gem. The view of Camelback mountain is stunning, and the location with its proximity to the Fashion Square area and Old Town is unmatched. We would stay there again for sure! Highly suggest for groups or a couples trip, as there are many bedrooms and sleeping options.

Mostly Good

My overall comment is that this is a great and fun property and I would rent it again, but there were a few things that were not perfect that guests should know coming in: Good: - Everything was as advertised, great communication from managers, and the backyard area is the star of the show for the property - so much fun and really well equipped. We used everything! Also, the separate cabana house was nicer than I expected, very updated and new large shower, cabinets, new floors, furniture, etc. Also big comfortable beds and lots of towels, pool towels, etc. Things to know that could be better: The washer in the cabana house spilled many gallons of water all over the floor when we checked in and it didn't work. Manager said it's been that way for a couple years, which was odd to hear. They cleaned it up, but not a great start to the week. There are definitely signs of aging at the house, like door rot, broken tiles outside, and cracked concrete around the pool. Not a big deal, but definitely signs of wear depending on how picky you are. Also, the main kitchen is fine, but getting a little old with the current cabinets. The other thing to know is that golf balls fly into the property pretty frequently. There is a net up that protects a lot, but it does not shield the hot tub or chess area and it was a little unnerving to be over there. These are some of the reasons I gave it a four star vs. five stars and I have rented many houses over the years. Overall a greatplace

Great house for a group

Very big and spacious house. Comfortably fit our group of 16 over a long weekend with plenty of extra room. Lots of room for activities and a great location on a beautiful golf course. Would love to come back.

Golf trip pad

This is a perfect golf trip house. The layout is perfect for entertainment. The backyard is also well laid out. Would recommend any time. The only complaint is we paid $300 to have pool heated and it was only warm for one day.

Great location with a lot to do

This property was situated close to so many activities in Scottsdale. The downtown area, Camelback Mountain, the botanical gardens, and much more were a short walk or drive away. The backyard was a virtual playground of activities to keep everyone in our group entertained. The management was prompt with a response for anything we needed or questions. The house was clean and well supplied. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing that took away from our stay.

Perfect location, amazing backyard

Stayed here for a big family Thanksgiving and would definitely come back. The location is the best and the backyard amenities and games (basketball court, pool, hot tub, pickleball, ping pong, etc.) kept us entertained the whole week. Plenty of stuff to do nearby as well. Lots of space for people to spread out and get privacy (we had 15 guests in our group). The online pictures are very accurate. Response from property manager was timely and helpful when we had some minor issues with the pool. They sent someone over and communicated with us quickly. Loved it.

Friends Reunion

This beautiful property backs up to the Phoenician resort with a view of Camelback Mountain. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. Josh could not have been more helpful. I called twice and his help was immediate. This home is fully equipped and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and everyone slept well. I would highly recommend this home for a family get away or a gathering of friends like us. I would happily come back here again.
