The community center has tennis courts, beach volleyball, a pool, a hot tub, and a playground for the kids! Also, the property itself has a large backyard with a wonderful fenced in pool area. Additionally, the backyard has a spacious patio with a seating area and a stainless steel bbq along with a fire pit. Moreover, the property is only two minutes from the Monte Vista playground that has open fields, basketball courts, and more. If you're looking for a fun night, the house is only a five-minute drive from the WildHorse Pass Casino. It is also only a five-minute drive to the local movie theater and the highway (I-10). There are several places to eat nearby and the grocery store is only about a two-minute drive.
