The property at Val Vista was accommodating for two couples to stay in the area. Quiet and private, we enjoyed lovely weather in the outdoor space. However, the pool is not heated and was too cold to enjoy this time of year. (Hosts are quite upfront about this). The home was clean and well stocked with the basics. It could really use dressers in each of the bedrooms for those staying a while, as there is plenty of room for furniture and no drawers for clothing. We enjoyed fresh lemons and grapefruits off the property trees. We were suprised to see a charcoal grill and the host even delivered grill tools for our use during the trip! The home has shopping and cute downtown Gilbert restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Overall, super hosts, communication and a great stay!

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Toys for the kids, towels and kitchen supplies were ample. Neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, Comfy, and Updated Stay

We stayed here during a week of remodeling at our house nearby. We really appreciated our hosts attention to detail. We received prompt correspondence. The feeling of the house was cozy and updated, making us feel right at home. Everything was super clean too. My kid didn’t want to go home. I highly recommend staying here and will recommend to family who come to stay.

Simply perfect for our weekend trip!

The property is exactly as pictured, beautiful all around, set up perfectly for ease of use with everything from cooking to laundry. We didn't need the third bedroom but if I was traveling with a larger group there would have been more than enough space and would not have felt cramped at all. The host was also amazing and responded quickly before the trip and during the trip, phenomenal communication, thank you so much!

Gilbert Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and the home was perfect for six adults. The accommodations are by far the nicest VRBO we’ve rented. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The home is conveniently located with easy access to the highway but in a very quiet neighborhood. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Felt like home

Every aspect was awesome! We walked in the front door and felt at home! It was bright, clean and spacious! The owners were super easy to communicate with and loved that we could use anything in the kitchen (I.e. coffee, spices, butter, etc.). Would stay again in a heartbeat!
