Perfection! The property was clean, conveniently located, and absolutely stunning! There were so many thoughtful “touches” such as snacks, extra toiletries, and even a few souvenir gifts to take with you. The hosts have truly thought of everything to ensure you have a perfect stay, and communication was excellent. This was truly one of my very favorite VRBO stays ever!

Home away from home!

The only thing that could’ve made our stay better was the weather. It was unusually cool the first part of the week, but it warmed up, and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, easy to find, close to the 51, and was very comfortable! So much nicer than a hotel! We did have a minor issue with the washing machine, but it turned out that we were just not patient enough. Tara was very responsive while we tried to work through that and we were successful in the end. We will stay with them again on our next trip up to the Phoenix area!

Amazing Stay!

Property was beautiful inside and out, yard was amazing. Super easy check-in and host was very quick and responsive. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Close to Walmart for groceries and easy access to highways. Very impressed with information host provided everything in an easy to use app. Will definitely be staying here again!

Better than I even expected!

I rented this property while I was having treatment at Mayo Clinic. It was quick and easy to get to Mayo. The home was immaculate. Very clean, and everything was as described in the listing. Master bedroom had a beautiful view of the back yard and pool. To be able to come back from medical appointments and be able to get in the pool and sit in the sun was peaceful and healing. I also loved being able to pick the oranges and lemons from the trees. I will definitely be staying here again. Communication with the host was quick and she was kind and patient when answering my many questions. This is a beautiful property!

Just perfect!

This property was perfect for what we needed! We were visiting our son who is away at college and the house/backyard were a wonderful way to relax, visit and just be with each other. We have 3 more years of visiting our son and we will be back.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful clean house and yard. Well stocked kitchen with lots of condiments, coffee, spices, laundry supplies etc. Appliances were really nice, newer and all worked. Liked having the Keurig coffee maker, 4 slot toaster and tea kettle. Washer and dryer were large and worked great. AC was very comfortable with ceiling fans which were nice. The beds were comfy and clean. We liked the big master bathroom with large walk in shower, separate toilet room and 2 sinks. Plenty of towels for both the bathrooms and the pool. Loved the layout and outside area was delightful. Pool and spa were super clean. Lemons and limes from the trees were nice for drinks. Neighborhood was VERY quiet which we liked. The owners were extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. They answered our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect

This place has renewed my faith in VRBO. Yes, it’s more expensive than staying at a hotel, but it was just perfect for our family. Everything was comfortably furnished, the backyard was amazing, and the attention to detail was on point. The place is so well stocked that you don’t have to worry about the basics (we’ve stayed at places where we had to purchase our own garbage bags, salt, etc…). The neighborhood is quiet-there’s not much going on directly around but we weren’t looking for that. My entire family enjoyed our stay immensely! Would go back for sure!

Familt trip

This home and yard and pool are stellar. Clean, clean. Warm pool as we asked for the one year old. Warm when we a rrived , the girls were ecstatic. Comfy beds, kitchen well organized. Kids loved the golf game. We will be back. Tara took care of my 2 questions and staywas extended an extra day. Thank you for a great vacation home for us. Lisa

Amazing place!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home. Tara and John made sure we were taken care of and checked in to see how we were doing. Location yes great only being 5 minutes off the highway. Peaceful and quiet. If you need a place to stay with great amenities and an even greater host, this place is fo you!

Great, would recommend to anyone!

This property was great and the host had superb communication. It was very clean and the pics are an accurate representation. We enjoyed the pool during the hot part of the day and also enjoyed relaxing in the house. The snacks/promotional items/extra toiletries were a nice added touch. We would recommend this property to anyone!

This property was fantastic!

Our stay at this lovely home was excellent! The little details made this property the best vacation rental. We traveled to phoenix for my son's 14th birthday and brought two of his friends. The backyard and pool are perfect. The kitchen is extremely well stoked. The bathrooms also have spare tooth brushes and all the other things you may have forgotten or didnt know you needed. We stayed in early August and the pool was a great temperature to take the edge off of the summer sun. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay. The house has everything you could need and it was beyond clean. They even have a service that takes out the trash. The location was close to main roads so it was easy to get around to stores, restaurants or sight seeing. The neighborhood is peaceful. We enjoyed going for a run or walk in this beautifully landscaped subdivision. It really felt like home and we will most definitely return.

This stay was amazing

Hands down the best property that we have ever stayed. Tara & Jon have an awesome place and they ensured this was our best vacation by everything offered and then some. I would rate higher if there were more star choices ;). If you are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area this place is a must. The next time we are back in town we will definitely book this Suncation paradise again. Thank you so much Tara & Jon!

Awesome get-a-way

Ok... Let us start by saying that this place is freaking amazing! They were stocked very well, with things you normally wouldn't have provided for you with a vrbo. Bring food & drinks and your swim suit! The pool is totally awesome! We spent alot of time in there! It has to be the quietest place that we have rented. We stayed a week, the only thing that we heard was an occasional jet.... That's if you're outside and trying to hear something. No traffic noise, dog noise, nothing! It has to be the quietest neighborhood I've been to. Check in was a breeze. Check out was a breeze. The owners were very attentive and let us know if something or someone was coming over(pool cleaner, landscaper). You won't be disappointed by staying here. This will be one of our go to places to stay!

Great VRBO for a girl's trip!

This property was actually as advertised. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and supplied everything you would need. The outdoor area was the best! Great pool and sitting areas. The pool and yard are enjoyable any time day or night. Great location and easy to get anywhere in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. The owners were extremely easy to work with and were very detail oriented. Loved the shopping, restaurant and things to do lists! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great house, backyard is perfect for a family get away.

The house was clean and had an accurate description. It is located on a quiet and safe street. Pool temp was perfect for 100 degree days. The grill outside worked perfect for our family, we used it almost every meal. The light in the pool was not working so we did not let the kids swim after dark. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great Experience

Very nice property and accommodations. Enjoyed the location, not too far from the airport, quiet neighborhood, and close to trails, golf courses, and stores. I would recommend this place to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Outstanding property

The house and amenities were so perfect it was a struggle to get the kids to leave the house to go explore Phoenix. That said, the house was exactly as described, if not better. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pool and fruit trees were delightful, and the location was easy to find. Looking forward to staying again.
