This condo was so perfect! The host lived down the road and met us at the property with a full tour( she is moving though) :(… this property has EVERYTHING you might need. We were able to have our family over and grilled a full steak dinner for 6 people & birthday celebration! Easy to get to everywhere! Grocery store next door. Close to the highway but far enough away that it’s peaceful & quiet ! Pool is right out the patio gate… washer / dryer with laundry detergent… shampoo/conditioner/body soap/lotion/ Starbucks Coffee!! Janelle really has one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in!!!

I’ve stayed at a number of VRBO properties and by far this was the nicest. It’s not fancy but it’s very well kept, furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances. There’s plenty of towels. The owner was very nice & to accommodating. We were there because my husband was having treatment at Mayo and it was very convenient for that. Only about 15 minutes from Mayo. This home will stay at again.

We just had a wonderful 4-week stay in this rental. It has a wonderfully spacious feel: all the rooms are well-proportioned and large, with either skylights or ceiling light/fans in every one of them. The remodel was beautifully finished and looks to have been professionally decorated. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace, and came with a very comprehensive set of cooking equipment, plus bar stools that swivel 360 degrees. There was also a very generous supply of household and toiletries that included everything we could possibly have thought of. We very much appreciated the large, long garage, with plenty of room for our large, long car, the excellent large laundry machines, and how walkable and quiet the neighborhood was. Most of all, we appreciated how accessible, thoughtful, and kind the owner was to us. She was always ready to help in any way she could. Next time we come to Phoenix for an extended stay, we will definitely try to rent this VRBO home again.

Excellent location, especially if traveling with pet!

The adjacent greenway was incredible for us since we always travel with our dog. It more than met any expectations we might have ever had about having a convenient large grassy area with many big trees in downtown Phoenix! Janelle was an amazing host…she was always very responsive and her home was comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated! Janelle provided above and beyond amenities, more than you might expect to have for a typical VRBO stay! Thank you again Janelle for sharing your beautiful home and we hope that we will be able to stay again the next time we are in town visiting our son!

Big, comfortable interior with great amenities

My college kid and I stayed here for six days and had a great time. The Wi-Fi was very strong, as billed, which was important to me for work and to my son for playing games. The main living area is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom with the master suite was worthy of a costly hotel suite with two sinks and two shower heads. The neighborhood is on the bland side, but it is centrally located with a great array of restaurants nearby. We had excellent Indian food and barbecue food and a great time at a restaurant called The Vig in Scottsdale. (We took a Waymo there, which was very cool.) The host is easygoing and easy to contact. We will be back!

Relaxation and outdoor adventures

A cozy place to stay with an attentive and informative host for all your needs during your stay . It's close to Dessert Ridge Marketplace for fine dining, shopping and entertainment . It's less than 10 minutes from Deer Valley airport . The 2 community pools within town homes are very short walk from home. The home and backyard and surrounding neighborhood are clean, warm and friendly. I felt comfortable, safe and personal needs were all satisfied in the home.

Great stay

The property was very clean and very comfortable. It was very nicely equipped and is convenient to grocery stores and anything else that might be needed. It's located right next to the pool and a pleasant greenway for strolling. We jogged around the neighborhood which was very quiet and tidy. Janelle and her helper Sheri were a very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Location

We had a great time staying here. The host was great at communicating. We couldn't get the internet to work, but we used our hotspot on our phone so that worked. We did have a little trouble with the address because it didn't match what was listed online, but the host helped us get it all figured out which was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Best place we’ve ever stayed

Finding this place to stay in was a huge blessing for us. We were in Phoenix for medical appointments and felt so at home and comfortable here. This home is very well appointed with everything you need and is super clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. We had our dog with us and took her to doggy daycare not too far away. When we were home, there was nice greenbelt right next to the home that was perfect and convenient for taking her for walks. Janelle is an amazing hostess and so caring. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed or could possibly want. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a perfect home away from home.
