Very clean. Central location. Great hosts!

Overall we were very pleased with this condo and hosts. The condo is central to a lot of attractions Phoenix/Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. Condo was very clean. Hosts were very responsive. Would recommend!

Convenient location, perfectly clean

Rajan and Randee's House of Khumbu was a nice getaway with my family. The condo's layout, with a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the common areas, was perfect for my family (my brother and father on one side, my daughter and I on the other side). We also enjoyed the complex's pool and hot tub.The condo was immaculately clean when we arrived, and although we did not make a mess, it was a relief to hear from Rajan that we didn't need to do anything special to clean before leaving. The location was convenient to many areas around Phoenix, and it was great being within walking distance of the supermarket and restaurants. I hope to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Great location and quiet condo complex

Very easy check-in. Very clean unit. The host was very responsive to questions and instructions were clear regarding my stay. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spend much time in the unit because I was at the nearby Biltmore Resort for a conference. It's roughly a 20 minute walk from the unit to the Biltmore resort if you head out the back gate and through the Biltmore estate. There is also a Safeway and a couple of good restaurants 2-3 minutes away which was very convenient.

Wonderful apartment in Biltmore area

large condo with everything you need

very spacious, clean and comfortable. the assigned parking spot is a bit difficult to park for a large vehicle but doable. the roll out trundle bed was very handy for the kids and Safeway is next door which is very handy. would stay here again!

Special place in Phoenix

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this apartment. It’s really a lovely place, comfortable and relaxing with superb views of Arizona sunsets. The hosts, Rajan and Randee, are terrific and responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had, and they do so in a very timely way. We look forward to staying in the House of Khumbu again and again.

Great place to land

This condo is beautiful, in a wonderful location. My daughter and I enjoyed shopping close, as well the short jaunts to Chase field and Scottsdale. The condo itself is well layed out, in a quiet community. Look forward to staying again.

Excellent Stay

Everything is as advertised. Very clean and spacious, and well appointed with all amenities. Safeway, restaurants, coffee shop all within a short walking distance. Neighborhood is very upscale. We highly recommend this place.

Appreciated that the owner accommodated our request for early check-in; underground parking was nice; restaurants and grocery store within walking distance was convenient; condo was nice and spacious for our family of four with plenty of extras provided. Wonderful stay at House of Khumbu 1

This is a lovely apartment in a very pleasant and convenient condo complex. The hosts, Rajan and Randee, are superb - gracious and generous. They communicate quickly. We had two little problems - a broken disposal and broken Keurig coffee make, and both were corrupted promptly. Indeed, a new Keurig machine 2was at our door in less than 2 hours! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you Rajan and Randee!

Convenient, Clean, & Well Equipped

Wow, what a great experience after staying in VRBO’s that didn’t live up to their rating. This condo is exceptionally clean, all the way down to the refrigerator! The kitchen was well stocked and the dishes and pots and pans were practically new (unlike other VRBO’s). All of the furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable. The condominium grounds were also well maintained. The owners provided plenty of helpful information for the local area and made the check-in process smooth. The pool was perfectly heated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wow! We loved it.

Everything went so smoothly. The owners sent a very detailed document that described everything we needed to know and communicated quickly when we had a question. The location was perfect and we were able to get to so many places we wanted to see in less than 15 mins. The place was perfectly clean and excellently maintained. No signs of wear and the view from the Kitchen was exhilarating with multi-colored flowers and trees everywhere...right in the middle of the city. The beds were great and rooms were spacious. I can't imagine how we could have been more pleased.

Quiet, Clean, and Roomy

The rooms have flooring throughout (no carpeting) which made for a cleaner, fresher feel to the place. They had many of the items clearly labeled, which made it easier to find things. We only saw a few other people our entire time there, so it was a nice, quiet get-away. The pool was not as close as we had thought - it was a little walk down and outside the apartment, but it was worth it. The water was clean and warm, and the hot tub was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
