Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Condo is very close to everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are large with good sized closets and dressers. Bathrooms are very nice.

Excellent location for the Barrett Jackson. We were able to walk approximately 20 min to the event. Great restaurants close by. Unit was perfect, had all we needed.Communication was excellent, questions were answered quickly, thank you. We enjoyed our stay!

Signature condo

This was the second time we have stayed in the signature complex. This location and general property are wonderful This was our first time in this condo as the pervious one we had stayed at was already booked and this unit was also “dog friendly” Being a second floor unit was not ideal for dog walking, etc but it did work. First impression was not good the towels in secondary bedroom with downright dirty with stains. The dishwasher had 2 inches of standing water. Faucets in kitchen and main bedroom did not work. It was late in day we were tired from driving so didn’t address these until next morning. Wes the property manager was OUTSTANDING! He did address these all in a timely manor. He bought use brand new towels repaired faucets attempted to fix patio light. The unit just needs some TLC perhaps some new pillows. Make sure things are cleaned between clients. If you want great location in scottsdale close to,shopping. Great pool fitness center outdoor grill then this is for you. Again it’s on the second floor so keep that in mind.

got what was billed ...

process to book, pay, and check in was flawless and the property is very clean and well maintained albeit it does need a new kitchen sink faucet. Condo complex was clean and well kept and even had a small putting green which I used many times. The actual condo unit wasn't convenient to the parking space but all in all it was fine considering the beautiful AZ weather !!! All things considered we would rent it again !!!

Great location in great neighborhood

Location was great for us! It was centered around all the places we needed to be. It felt like a very safe neighborhood. Also, close to food places and grocery store. Everyone in the condo area was super friendly. It was delightful. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 Star rating is because it needs a few minor improvements, which I’m sure they will see to for their next guests. Just a heads up, it is next to a street that has some loud traffic at times. However, it wasn’t bad enough to bother us. My husband and son, loved the place!

Great stay!

The apartment was well furnished and had everything I needed. Really nice park near by that my dogs and I walked to regularly. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and the shared grills were easy to use and clean.

Daughters birthday

The property was clean and grounds were well maintained. It had a little mall within walking distance which had a grocery store that had everything you would need. The pool and gym was close by so it was a short walk in the hot weather. Management accommodated us when were had to extend our stay . It does need a few updates, like a new mattress in the master bedroom, it was very soft but that could be a preference of the people staying there. All the appliances with updated and in great working order. Our six week stay was very enjoyable and was able to spend quality time with our daughter to help celebrate her birthday. I would recommended this property to my friends and family.

Golf trip with my son

This 2 bed 2 bath condo is really very nice. Quite comfortable. I felt right at home. Location is excellent. Extremely close to pool and fitness. Right next door to excellent grocery store and related shops.

Great location for visiting the greater Scottsdale area!

My wife and I, along with my brother-in-law and his wife, stayed here for a short vacation and to view potential retirement homes to buy in the future. Had a great stay here- the weather wasn’t great, but we enjoyed the condo and pool and the restaurants that were nearby. We would stay here again!

Nice, but....

Overall the stay was fine. This is not a high end rental. The unit is under lit, it is fairly dark inside. The love seat in the living area was in bad shape, the upholstery is torn and ripped. The basic furniture is low budget and slightly flimsy. The kitchen has the basics, but did not have items such as a strainer for pasta. The master bedroom bed was not the best, pillows were such that we went out and purchased 4 new pillows. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were moldy and had a smell to them, We actually purchased a new shower curtain liner for the second bath. The location is ideal. The grounds are well kept. The pool looks very inviting. I would warn you though that it is about 60 yards from the parking spot to the unit, up a flight of stairs. Moving in and out with a lot of luggage and stuff is not easy. The unit can use some TLC and updating.
