Location is great for golfers and bikers. Right on the 12 mile Indian Wash Path to Tempe and walk to Silverado Golf Course. We were comfortable and loved sitting on the patio looking out at Camel Back Mountain!

This location was clean, fully stocked and very comfortable. There is easy access to most everything in the local Scottsdale area. The host was very easy to deal with. We would stay here again and we highly recommend this VRBO.

Second time!

This was our second time staying at the property and we couldn’t have been happier. It is a perfect location for activities around the Phoenix metro area as well as convenient for a Sedona day trip. We plan on staying again in the future!

walkable area

Balcony door did not seal tight. When the wind blew, and it was often it howled and it got real dusty. It sounded like there was something in the wall that scratched at night by the washer/dryer room. Simple fix on the problems. We dusted a few times and knocked on the wall before going to bed.

Great location but misleading pictures

The location and view from our balcony was great. Beautiful view of Camelback and sunsets. Nice patio furniture. Our host was very good with communicating with us if any problem came up. However we did have some concerns. The picture of the living room has not been updated. The couches were different from the pictures and very uncomfortable. The carpet in the master bedroom needs to be repaired. The next door neighbor has a dog that would bark anytime we left or when it was left alone would bark and we could hear it in our unit.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is wonderful! It is beautiful! It is very clean and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area which is close to so many things. The pool area is lovely. The pool is warm and the hot tub was great! We felt very safe staying here. We highly recommend staying at this condo. This will be the place we stay if we ever go back to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area!

Sparkling Clean Condo

Communication with property manager was great! The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Has all the amenities we needed to cook our own meals. Internet was good. There was so much more, I could go on and on…

Great property.

Great view of Camelback at a location so close to everything. This was our second month long stay. Agent extremely responsive. Can feel a little dark inside since it faces northwest but the sunsets behind Camelback are spectacular. A++

Great location close to everything!

Very nice upscale property on 3rd floor. Elevators provided. Close to golf course, walking and biking trails, Old Town Scottsdale and many, many restaurants. The living room couch and loveseat are very uncomfortable. The master bedroom could use drapes to block out the morning light. Also, there's a noisy air conditioner or something in the celling that makes a racket and comes on all through the day and night. But all in all this is a wonderful place to stay.

Scottsdale Condo

Very nice, clean condo. Very close to old Scottsdale where we spent many hours visiting stores, pubs, restaurants and the museum. We really felt like we were close to everything we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and on the patio. Hopefully we can reserve the same complex for next year. Regards, Jay

Nice unit in great location

Condo is located very close to green belt which made walking and cycling convenient - and provides easy access to main roads for day trips. Unit was clean and well-stocked - but could use some additional refresh/updates. Using the TV (Roku) was a bit challenging … but, a very nice stay overall.

Lovely Family Space

We loved this clean condo with some extra space for our family. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The two twins in the other bedroom were also nice. Having 2 bathrooms was nice for our family. We enjoyed using the heated pool nearly every day of our stay. If you like to golf, you are steps away from a beautiful public course. Even if you aren't into golfing, check out the restaurant there. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every meal we ate there was outstanding and you can sit outside and look at the beautiful golf course while you dine. You are also steps away from the great walking path (greenway) which is great for long walks or bike rides. Our family also LOVED that we were walking distance (without crossing any big streets even) to the train park. We made that walk almost every day at least once with our son. All the properties around here are gated and locked so make sure you remember your gate key (you can't even get out of the property without it) We were pleased with the towels (even pool towels) and linens that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place at perfect location

We loved our experience in Scottsdale. Close to everything and 101. Literally everything was close by - restaurants are everywhere and we loved Goldman’s deli which was walkable. On third floor but elevator made that a non-issue snd gave us a great view of Camelback. Pretty sure we will be back in the spring if we can reserve our dates. Note: Our stay was for a month and we had no complaints.

Great stay! Played three rounds of golf and enjoyed relaxing at the house. Everything was clean and nice in the condo.
