The floors need to be washed. Outdoor cushions were very dusty. Nicely equipped kitchen. Lots of shopping near by, great location. Nice neighborhood, wonderful back yard. Host was very nice and easy to work with.

Beautifully appointed home

Fabulous home for a restful stay. The beds are large, comfortable and cozy with nice linens. The kitchen has most any pan or spice you can desire. We enjoyed the bicycles for exploring and exercise. This is our 3rd time in the house and it is always our 1st choice.. Great communication with host

This home is exactly as listed. Everything you need for your stay was supplied. Diane checked up a couple of times via VRBO to be sure you had everything Easy to find home, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed my time

Perfect stay in Sun City West

What a wonderful experience. We needed to stay in Sun City West to help out some relatives and this house worked out perfectly. The WiFi was fast, the TV large, and the neighborhood quiet. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfect working order. We will be staying again in the future.

Great place

Made a last minute booking and was very pleased. Location worked great for us. Easy access to major thoroughfares. The property is very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped including consumables, spices, condiments, kitchenware, etc. Great, quiet neighborhood. Diane was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home to see if Sun City West was a place we could retire to. We weren’t disappointed and loved the area. We will be back in February to meet with a realtor and make Sun City West our home. Thanks for such. Warm welcome to your home and to the area.

Great Thanksgiving

We came out to be with family over Thanksgiving. The property made the stay that much better, it was clean and well appointed, close to shops and dining and the owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely try to stay here again.

Sun City West

Very nice house in a rather quiet neighborhood. Even being a block, separated by a wall and a parking lot, from a major street in SCW we did not notice the traffic. One goal of this trip was to experience life in SCW, thanks to this rental property we were able to do so.

Perfect location. My sister and I. Visited my father at Grandview Terrace. And the house was perfect. Less than two miles away. Two beautiful bedrooms. A wonderful kitchen. What could be better?

Socially Distanced Visit with Parents.

My sisters and I were in SCW to settle our parents in for the winter. After long days on the road we arrived at Diane's vrbo and it felt like home. The homey feeling included comfy sofas and beds, a fully stocked kitchen, well laid out floor plan and garage door opener. We especially loved the large showers and the back yard patio with fire pit. We enjoyed having our family time around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The location was very convenient with easy access to Fry's, the 303 and our parents home near Palm Ridge Rec Center. Thanks for sharing your lovely home, will return next visit!
